Breakfast buffet was okay. Coffee was too weak.

Elevator smelled bad! Room Great. Staff Great. Elevator stunk bad

Very expensive for a very small room. No closets, and extremely slow, clunky elevators. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and Walmart across the street.

Modern room, a little small but very clean. Pool was great for the kids.

It would be better if there was a microwave, coffee maker,ice bucket and hair dryer in the room.

Staff was not welcoming just processing mode. Design was college dorm style throughout and the pictures didnt reflect that. I am older and it felt like i was staying at my sons dorms at college. promotional photos were misleading. I would have not choose differently.

The air conditioning unit was very loud.

We had a great stay here, and felt it was a very nice hotel! Thank you for a comfortable stay at a nice property. We will be back next time we are in the area!

It was very quiet. But was a small space for the time we were there. Did not have a safe to keep things in. No closets or drawers ...we were there for 6 nights. So we had stuff strung all over the place. But overall great place.

Beautiful hotel. Only complaint is the daily housekeeping. Skipped us one day leaving us with no towels etc. Floor was very dirty leaving feet with black specks on arrival day in room telling me floor wasnt really cleaned .

The pool is on the Hampton side, through their breakfast area, the pool was fun but very cold and outdated, kids loved the slide so that kept them going. We stayed in room 422- and it was VERY loud humming/ buzzing all night with no explanation, contacted staff and they said they couldn’t hear anything. It kept me awake all night and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok pretty limited.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, and clean. I love that the rooms were not carpeted, but and nice, new clean floors! The outside areas were nice and had seating for visiting to! Lots of restaurant and shopping options in the area as well!

Water in showers was luke warm at best that’s my only complaint

There was an awesome slide at the pool. When we first checked in, one of the bed sheets and pillows was dirty. Called the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room.

Shampoo and hand wash not there in wash rooms and breakfast is not yet all good and it’s not worth for money.
