Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful.

Ocean was rough conditions; room upgrades were not as expected due to mini bar had half bottle of wine in it and no water or drinks to refill even though we asked. Very noisy and the other bad part was the air conditioning in the rooms were not very cool. Temp. never got cool enough and all doors needed to be locked in order to work. Lights in the bathroom was really bad. Other than all that the hotel was beautiful and the outside pools were clean. Buffet options were great for breakfast though dinner options were plenty but the food was cold.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente im Hotel, aber tagsüber wurde ununterbrochen Musik gespielt, sehr chillig aber auf die Dauer doch nervig (und wirklich überall zu hören), am Abend zudem Live Musik noch weniger dezent. Unsere Empfehlung: ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, wählen, das macht wirklich einen Unterschied.

This place is the nicest hotel, with the nicest beach and pool scene, along with the most helpful, friendliest staff. They even packed us to-go breakfasts on the day we left because we had an early transfer. Special shout-out to Arizana, who gave each couple a personal tour of the hotel and their room amenities!

Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben full Board genommen. Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Die Zimmer (unseres war mit Whirlpool) waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Pool area ist echt schön, aber unser Favorit war der direkte Strandzugang und, dass wir immer Liegen hatten. Essen ist Abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Massage war der Hammer! Getränke sind super. Tolle Cocktails! Die Lage ist schon ziemlich am Rand, aber die Innenstadt ist locker für 8€ mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Overall good, however a couple of improvement opportunities: 1) Supposedly it’s an adults oriented hotel, and the limit is 12 years. Unfortunately, lots of kids below that age. 2) Service by the pool area is varying in quality - from acceptable to poor. Staff seemed untrained and uncoordinated plus many don’t speak English that well. 3) Breakfast service acceptable, but not great. The process of refilling the empty food bowls could be improved.

Beautiful property, great breakfast buffet, pool was very nice. Beach was also very nice. Fantastic location. Only negative was the Wifi was very poor and needs to be improved.

(War vor 2 Jahren besser mit dem Knopf) - Cocktails sollten auch bis Mitternacht angeboten werden. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel für Paare die mehr ruhe wollen nicht zu empfehlen. Als Paar würden wir nicht mehr kommen.

Gorgeous location, great beach.

This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel

La palabra que mejor define a este hotel es excelencia. El personal super amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La limpieza magnífica. La comida espectacular igual que sus instalaciones. Su director una hormiguita siempre trabajando y pendiente de todos los detalles para hacer una estancia agradable a todos. Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms were cleaned regularly, air con worked perfectly and it was generally an all round joy to stay there.

5 Sterne Unterkunft in allen Belangen. Hervorragender Service, perfektes housekeeping. Personal top, ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Auswahl der Speisen sehr umfangreich und qualitativ sowie handwerklich sehr hohes Niveau. Anlage und Strand perfekt gepflegt. Selten so ein positives Erlebnis in einem Hotel in einer touristischen Gegend in Südeuropa gemacht. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Wasser gelegen und fussläufig von der charmanten Altstadt von Rethymon entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen privaten Strand, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter macht und man kann jederzeit in nahegelegene Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte laufen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Service besonders angenehm macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bis 11 Uhr geöffnet und bietet eine hervorragende Qualität – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil sind die kleinen Badezimmer und der begrenzte Schrankplatz, was bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas unpraktisch sein könnte. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Hotel, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Un très bel hôtel, moderne en bordure immédiate de la mer. Belles piscines. Le personnel est très présent et attentionné. Qualité des buffets repas et petits déjeuners. A recommander, établissement de très belle qualité.

Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel.

Lovely property with a private beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in Reythmno town. Everything is superbly clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly - they did a great job organising a day trip for us. There are three pools (two outdoor and an indoor heated one). The only drawback is that the gym is tiny and can only accommodate three people at a time, so if you are a regular user, you'll need to book slots ahead of time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!
