Excelente, facilidades, servicio y su personal muy amable y atentos

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay last night at the Royal Delonix Hotel, booked through Expedia, was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I dined at the hotel’s Tiempo Fuera restaurant, and it was a highlight—excellent ambiance, delicious food, and truly outstanding service. Everyone was so attentive and made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel and will book again through Expedia!

El lugar muy accesible, muy limpio, empleados excelentes, tranquilo y moderno. Aunque no tiene estacionamiento en los alrededores hay estacionamiento e igual que en el centro de convenciones. El snack mañanero excelente, buena presentacion y buena cantidad. Tiene maquina de hielo en el piso 2. La habitacion tiene nevera, caja fuerte, tv y a/c. La cama muy comoda.

Los cristales de los cuartos estaban llenos de limo. Eso no me molesta y mucho menos impidió que me llevara una grata experiencia. Solo que desluce y opaca las cosas lindas del lugar. Es solo que el exterior no representa lo bien cuidado que está en el interior.

I like the downtown location, in the center of everything. Can’t not use the table and chairs in the breakfast area. The bathroom shower head not working properly.

The floors were very dirty…in the hallway, the elevator and, more importantly, the room and bathroom. My husband walked barefoot for just a minute and his feet got so dirty that I was disgusted about it. There was limited space to put down our things (no bureaus). Room was frigid, and we had not control of the temperature. Had to call the front desk and they had to come with a key to change the setting. Hotel has only street parking so you’re basically on your own for that. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was friendly.

I like the price for one night. I don't like that the employees need more experience. In my room 404, there was no remote control. I reported it to a female employee and she told me that another guest take it to the from desk and no one has returned it to the room. That answer for me is absurd. The pool area needs more cleaning.
