Pleasant old hotel by the fortress walls

Very clean hotel. Very pleasant staff. Good parking area. Close to Faro airport. Very simple evening meal menu but cooked to a good standard and swift efficient service.

Sehr ringhöring. Wenn oben geduscht oder die Toilette benutzt wird, hat man das Gefühl das sei im eigenen Badezimmer. Lärm vom Restaurant unten ist auch nicht zu überhören.

A night by the airport. A very comfortable stay with a decent breakfast. Strange entrance but welcome was warm. Restaurant was excellent. Small menu but food was tasty and well served.

Great friendly staff, good layout clean hotel Unfortunately, when we arrived the car park was full & the restaurant was very noisy & our room was directly above it.

Hotellet har en god placering og nogle dejlige flotte værelser. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og betænksomme.

Staff helpful, rooms spacious, good wifi and good breakfast. Close to airport, and parking available; but if you plan to use a rideshare app, be sure to specify whether you’ll be at the rear or front of the building. (All the driver’s apps seem to default to the .)rear

Hôtel très confortable pas très loin de l'aéroport. Nous y avons dîné. Repas très bon. Je recommande cet hôtel. Personnel agréable.

Hôtel très pratique, en très bon état et proche de l’aéroport , un peu bruyant c’est dommage mais pas entièrement de la responsabilité de l hôtel …

Perfect for a single night stay close to Faro airport

I had a nice stay and experience.

Début de nuit perturbée par le bruit des supporters de l'équipe nationale du Portugal et par les aboiements d'un chien à l'intérieur d'une voiture.

Needed to shorten stay, was told I would be charged the entire fee of $1,050. I refused to stay at all and left.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The room is clean and looks like newly renovated. The included breakfast was great. The staffs are very accomodating especially the night staff if we ask for something like extra towel or hot water. Parking is free available if you are renting a car. And there are a lot car rentals just walking distance from the hotel. Definitely we will stay back in this hotel if we will go back in Faro. 110% recommended

We were only there for one night but everything was excellent. It was probably the best room we have stayed in during our time in Europe.

There was NO MICROWAVE in the room. The Fridge was too small, useless and was not working properly. The SHOWER was extremely HORRIBLE. If you open Hot water, it will automatically switch to cold, very cold, again hot and/or very hot within seconds. This suggests that there are NOT enough Hot water tanks. This was the MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE during our stay. However the staff was respectful, helpful and very cooperative

Emplacement idéal lors de l'arrivée à Faro avant de rejoindre notre destination de séjour. Hôtel bien aménagé et très propre. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner parfait.Je recommande.

Nous avons mangé au restaurant et nous nous sommes régalés avec les plats proposés, beaucoup de monde dans l'immense salle et on sait pourquoi

The room is a little outdated, air-conditioning in our room did not work and we had a very unpleasant night, had to get up at 5 am to catch the flight. The employee at the breakfast bar was rather rude, whilst we waited for our transport. Restaurant on the other hand was very good. Had a good dinner
