It is located in a nice area and very convenient w/shops and restaurants. We had trouble w/the amenities listed and did not get access to a few of them. For example at the time of booking the pool was listed (it was our main reason for staying here because we had kids). Upon contacting the owner we were told that the pool was not included; however was later advised that we could only used on 1 of the 5 days we stayed there (the last day). However the communication was so slow that even that request was not granted and we had left prior. It was also missing a dryer which was listed at the time of booking and with kids it was much needed. Overall the place was nice, but the pictures do not resemble the actual quality of the rooms so please do not rely on the stock photos. I would also advise to double check all neccessary amenties as the owner did not seem to realize what was actually listed.

This property requests a deposit in advance and a picture of your passport. One month afterwards and I have not received a deposit refund despite numerous requests.

Lots of small flies crawling on tables Really hard beds We rented an apartment for 4 people and were afterwards told that only 2 people could use the pool due to some manegement decision. This was not on the webside before booking but was only shared when we asked about acces to the pool. Also the pool was closed on mondays for maintaining, witch did not say on the webside either. I would have chosen different hotel if I knew. Hotel was hard to get a hold of an took forever to answer and did not mean it was there responsibility to put the information about the pool on the website.

Overall the property is wonderful. Clean and quiet. Feel at home while having hotel vibe. The surrounding restaurants are good. I will certainly stay here again. if I have to nitpick, few remotes weren’t working. no battery and low battery.
