No one at reception no key to lock door had to change units. Wall heater didn’t work small fan heater did. Toilet seat about 3 sizes too small for bowl and had a sliding sideways option. No milk in fridge no dish cloth to wipe down bench. On plus side bed comfortable and good hot shower.

I had a great stay at City Court Motel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around and explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

A few niggly things to deal with. Heater didn’t work. Toilet seat moved around and too small for toilet. Kitchen plug useless. Asked housekeeping, as I couldn’t do dishes, not particularly helpful BUT very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights they did not clean my room and had to be called back to make the bed. They took 4 times the accommodation. The TV was buggy and Glitchy. Probably won't stay again. The bathroom window was not private enough and had no curtain. The room was cold and the heater did not work. It looked like someone else had left their. ShamPoo and moisturizer in the shower and they left it for clients to use. When I needed a receipt when checking out, nobody was around to sort it

Look you pay for what you get but the sofa bed was filthy had to clean it myself, no covers on pillows or duvets... hygiene was an issue... definately not "luxury".

The internet wasn't very good. Tidy room. Some linen missing when we arrived slowly appeared while we stayed

I like nothing , Check in by phone, dirty, no wifi available all thé day ( only in thé night). Waked up et 8 saying « do you need somethîg ? » , just to speed thé Check out, spider web with spider in thé room …. Don’t go to this motel !!!!!

Hard to check in as only one staff across two properties who spoke poor english

The room was only partially cleaned for my late arrival. Some of the furniture was dusty and the inside of the bathroom drawers had hair and dust in them. All of the containers for shampoo, soaps, etc needed refills. The coffee and tea were so old, the packaging was breaking open. The fabric headboard smelled like old cigarette smoke. The person on the front desk was as helpful as he could be, considering it was over New Years that I was there. The outside grass has just gone to weeds. Outside waste bins were overflowing. If it weren’t for vehicles parked there, the property would look like it had been abandoned.

First impressions weren't great on arrival, the front lawns were overgrown, mail was falling out of the letterbox, exterior bins were overflowing. There was insufficient cutlery and linen, and they curtain track had come away from the wall at one end so you had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtain. It also appears the office is not manned, as there was no one on site when we arrived about 6:30pm or when we departed about 8am.
