Orders received during operating hours will be processed and sent on the same day.
3.
Your eSIM QR Code will be sent to your email within 30–60 minutes after the order is confirmed.
4.
Orders received outside of operating hours will be processed and sent the next day.
Important eSIM Information
Scan the QR Code from your email to activate directly. No registration or personal data entry is required.
Do not delete the eSIM from your device. The QR Code can only be used once on one device.
Internet speed depends on the signal and quality of the local network. We cannot provide refunds due to speed reduction.
Using a hotspot (sharing connection) can cause speed reduction and the device to overheat.
This is a data-only eSIM (cannot make calls or SMS). You can still use WhatsApp, Line, Telegram, etc. for communication.
According to the Fair Usage Policy, if data usage is very high in a short time, the speed may be reduced by the operator without prior notice.
Ordering Guide
