Don't miss the Merapi Run 2025 — an annual running event that combines natural challenges, the cool mountain air, and the breathtaking scenery of Mount Merapi. It's not just a run; it's an adventure experience that connects you with nature.

Held on August 3, 2025, in the Mount Merapi highland area, specifically around the Kaliurang region, Yogyakarta.

Merapi Run 2025 will take place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Griya Persada Hotel Kaliurang, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This event offers four race categories: 21K (Half Marathon), 10K, and 5K, designed to accommodate runners of all levels. With the majestic Mount Merapi as a backdrop, participants will enjoy a challenging and breathtaking running experience.

Each category has a time limit: 21K must be completed within 4 hours, 10K within 3 hours, and 5K within 2 hours. Registration includes a race jersey, finisher medal, BIB, and a goodie bag. Race pack collection is scheduled for August 1 and 2, 2025, at Bale Kuntara, Griya Persada Hotel Kaliurang, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WIB).
