Travel easily from Kansai and Hokuriku to the Sanyo Sanin and Hakata areas
Enjoy unlimited trips on selected trains in the west of Japan for 7 days, from Kyoto Amanohashidate and Kanazawa Kanroku-en to Fukuoka Hakata
Present your e-voucher and passport, and redeem your ticket at the designated ticket vending machine or JR Ticket Office upon arrival
For booking made before 15 March, enjoy the new Pass service range effective from 16 March 2024 without any additional costs

— Ticket Introduction —

JR West All Area Pass
Allows you to take unlimited rides on the following designated trains within the designated valid period of 7 consecutive days:
1.
Reserved seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen (ordinary train reserved seats) (Shin-Osaka–Hakata)
★ The pass is valid for "Hello Kitty Shinkansen" use
2.
Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kanazawa–Joetsu-Myoko)
3.
Limited express trains such as Haruka, Kuroshio, Thunderbird, Kounotori, Yakumo, Super Hakuto (including Kamigori–Chizu)
★ All cars of limited express trains: Kuroshio, Kounotori, Kinosaki, Hashidate, and Maizuru are strictly reserved seating-only. Please book for reserved seats before boarding the train
4.
Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR West Conventional lines
5.
JR West Miyajima ferry (Miyajimaguchi–Miyajima)
6.
West Japan JR buses are only valid for local route buses. *It is not possible to take the express bus
★ or the detailed route map that can be used, please refer to the official website
★ Book reserved seats through the green ticket vending machines or the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, in another name: Green Window) at the station. *The reservation from the seventh time onwards must be made at JR Ticket Office
The following trains cannot be used:
- Tokaido Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka–Tokyo)
- Kyushu Shinkansen (Hakata–Kagoshima-Chuo)
Pass Service Range Changes from 16 March:
• Hokuriku Shinkansen: Change from [Kanazawa– Jōetsumyōkō Station] to [Tsuruga– Jōetsumyōkō Station]
• Not applicable between Conventional Line Tsuruga and Kanazawa
• New applicable trains: Hapi-Line Fukui (between Fukui and Echizen-Hanando) when using The Etsumi-Hoku Line
• Starting from 16 March, reserved seat is required for THUNDERBIRD, SHIRASAGI, SUPER HAKUTO, SUPER INABA and YAKUMO
• West Japan JR Bus Enpuku Line (Sonobe–Fukuchiyama) and the sightseeing/tour bus from Chugoku JR Bus will be terminated starting from 31 March 
For travellers who purchased the pass before 15 March but wish to use the pass after 16 March (no surcharge): The service range for the eMCO after 16 March applies

— Exchange Method—

1.
Ticket vending machines (Self-service): Operate and collect tickets through the green ticket vending machines marked with "passport" icons at each station
• Redemption location info
• eMCO redemption important notice 
• If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have a biometric passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth
2.
JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
★ There is no check of the name on the voucher and passport if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the manual counter, the personnel will validate the name on the voucher and passport
★ Automatic ticket vending devices can only be used by travelers who have passports with an IC chip. If your passport lacks an IC chip or does not work at the ticket vending machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange
3.
Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using
• How to redeem
• If you've run out of reserved seat quota or haven't redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass to ride unreserved seats
• Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: if using the 7th or more times, please go to the green ticket booth to reserve manually and do not redeem at the machine

To purchase a designated Japan product, download the Travel Content App and scan the QR Code in your order confirmation letter to receive 500 Travel Content points. (Each Travel Content account can only be used once, regardless of the number of products and tickets ordered)

Only passports with IC chips are applicable to collect physical tickets at automatic ticket vending machines. The ticket vending machine supports five languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese
