Pretty clean

On my 2nd day, I did not get any clean towels nor did the cleaning staff replace the coffee cups. There were lots of high schoolers from teams there. They were very loud. There were families with children that let their children run up and down the hallways banging on doors and doing what unrestrained children do. In the breakfast area, one child took a cup of coffee. He spilled the whole cup on the floor. The parents did not inform the desk. However one of the housekeeping staff did see it and promptly cleaned it up.

Staff was friendly but often and noticeably on their phones.Several soccer teams were drying 30 of their jerseys on front lawn in sun.Appearance looked bad for check in. The team was gathered in lobby after midnight playing and running and loud talking. We moved to higher level and it was quieter and much better. Coffee station was out of hot cocoa, sugar and the hot water was cold, bathroom had no toilet paper, the pancake machine was broken—very disappointing since breakfast was the reason for booking to save on eating. Location is too far from Niagara Falls; traffic turned a 1.5-hour drive into 2.5 hours. Hotel lacked basics like razors and shaving cream, toothbrush. Elevator and hallways smelled like mildew, and the carpets throughout need replacing. Staff is doing their best, but the hotel clearly needs upgrades and better attention.Not the standard of the brand it represents.

The location was very close to the airport, although that was conveinent

Hotel was very comfortable. Only negative was that it was so costly to get transportation to and from Toronto every day. Overall, a very satisfying stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was smaller than other holiday inns I’ve stayed in. Holiday Inn is my favourite hotel to stay in, however, the proximity to the highway was too close and could hear the traffic all night, the room was next to the elevator and people coming and going was loud.

This hotel was convenient for my needs. I would stay here again.

The staff and hotel were excellent.

Comfortable and quiet stay.

Over-all was ok, the air conditioning was not that cold and the bed was very soft and abit lumpy. The variety of our breakfast was pretty good.
