Overall very nice hotel with beautiful location, grounds and facilities. Breakfast very good. The outdoor pool is amazing and you will have it mostly to yourself during the day as Chinese people don't like to get a tan, so they usually only go in it early morning and late afternoon onwards. My wife told me she heard several kids calling their parents stupid for being scared of the sun! Dinner caused a great fuss because we paid for dinner expecting a buffet to be offered, but they didn't offer it on any of our weeknights, and instead offered a "set" with a salad, a pizza and watermelon juice. We turned this down as being far too limited and after much unpleasant haggling in which the staff tried to tell my wife that we were the only people ever to complain about this, and one staff member suggested pretending to be the manager, they offered us 300RMB to spend against the menu (but only in their main restaurant). My wife was so angry with their attitude until getting to that point that she ended up speaking to the actual hotel manager who, to her credit, gave us immediate access to the executive lounge where we could get drinks and food all day long, and also agreed to refund the dinner cost through hotels.com. That began another saga of calling hotels.com in America, who seem to be staffed by very nice but hard to understand native Spanish speakers, including one lady working from home with a barking dog in the background!

非常棒的酒店，环境很好，设施也是符合高标准。作为全家旅游非常值得一住。

很棒的酒店，户外泳池非常漂亮，配上湖光山色简直美不胜收，可惜现在太冷不能下水。酒店客房干净整洁，洗手间也很好，都是欧舒丹的，可惜忘记拍照了。酒店餐厅稍贵，外面附近几公里有很多农家菜，便宜实惠。酒店早餐内容丰富，非常棒！下次来还住这儿。唯一有点不足的是Hotels和酒店之间可能预订时有误会，俩人只含单早，不过后来Hotels妥善解决了。

设施和服务都不错

No transportation provided by hotel except very expensive car hire. That is ridiculous for a 5-star hotel in a remote area.

酒店位置好，景色一流，服务满意，尤其早餐丰富，且服务到11点，这对于喜欢晚起的我们非常适合。

Upon checking in the receptionist on duty was very friendly but does not speak English very well. I wanted two rooms with connecting door and she tried to help but unable find the availability. However, she managed put both rooms next to one another but the rooms were located very far from the elevator which was not ideal at all. My room airconditioning system was not working. Although I put the temperature at lowest it was warm . Fortunately there was a ceiling fan which I had to leave it on the whole night. Other than this, the room size is big and nice and also the bathroom is luxurious. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very good spread. The location is too far from the airport as it took us more than 2 hours to arrive at the hotel. Fortunately we hired a car to drive there or else we will not know how to get there. The hotel should provide free shuttle service as the hotel is located in such a remote place, far away from everything though it has a stupendous view of the lake.

酒店就在水边景色很好，服务也很好，特别是早餐很丰盛，带了老人和孩子去的，都能找到他们喜欢和适合的食物。下次还会去的。

Upon arrival I was shocked to know that hotels.com had misinformation on room size. I booked a 900 sqft room clearly printed on my print out from hotels.com, but was given 400 sqft even after showed it to the manager. The management said it was a mistake on hotels.com. The bathroom commode was leaking, which we realized day before we left the hotel! The Chinese restaurant staffs were great and very helpful. All supporting stuffs were great. I thought the room cleaning staff were not happy working and their job wasn't up to standard. All these can be rectified and this really could be a great hotel in Yunnan. Breakfast was huge & great.
