i would pick thus place if youre looking for somewhere cheap and close to the beach. the front desk girl is nice and helpful, the the man that works the night shiftvfront desk is not so nice and charges for everything you ask and gives bad attitude.

Stayed in the Superior Double room with ocean view. The ocean view was beautiful but the room is TINY and was barely large enough for my group. We needed to coordinate opening our suitcases since only one could be open at a time. Furthermore, the bunk bed is super flimsy and there’s a hanging lamp right above the ladder of the top bunk, making it difficult to climb up.
The TV in our room was also not working, which we were told was a hotel wide issue. I’m skeptical about this because we were able to see and hear other people’s TVs were working when we walked past open doors. When we brought this issue up with the staff, they were dismissive and insinuated we just didn’t know how TVs worked (admittedly this is possible, but the error message on the TV made it very clear it was a connectivity issue).
Lastly, it did not feel the cleanest - we saw 3 bugs around the room and even after the sheets were changed, there still appeared to be some stains on the sheets.
Would not recommend staying here.

The property needs to be renovated and deeply cleaned. My shower had sitting water due to poor leveling causing gnats and flies to linger. The door in the restroom was peeling and torn. The closet floors were unswept.

One of the staff members was very aggressive and got into a verbal argument with me and my friend. Not professional at all and to avoid conflict in another country we left to another hotel to feel safe.
Management didn't handle the situation accordingly and hasn't even reached out about the situation.
Expedia tried reaching out to them but wasn't avle to solve the situation.
I wouldn't recommend this place while that employee is still working there.
The rest of the staff were magnificent. They were great the first days I was there. That rude employee should learn from them, but in my opinion they should fire him.
I'm just one person who has an issue with him and I bet there are more guest that feel the same.

O hotel cumpriu com a pontualidade no check-in, e tanto o serviço de quarto quanto o atendimento foram satisfatórios. No entanto, a estrutura do hotel apresenta diversas limitações: quartos e corredores com pinturas desgastadas, guarda-roupas danificados, elevadores lentos e uma academia com equipamentos bastante antigos. Além disso, o café da manhã foi um ponto de insatisfação. A oferta era básica, frequentemente faltavam itens, as opções disponíveis eram muito oleosas, e o fato de os hóspedes não poderem se servir foi incômodo. Um funcionário era responsável por servir as porções, mas sem qualquer critério claro, o que gerou desconforto. Por fim, embora a localização seja próxima a pontos turísticos, os funcionários recomendaram o uso de carros particulares devido à insegurança da região. Por todos esses motivos, minha avaliação é 7/10.

This was not a 3 star hotel. There were too many problems. The condition of the room was very poor. There were broken door handles and window pulleys. The noise from the street was terrible. I use white noise apps, but they didn’t help. I should have believed the other reviews. I had to ask for a floor towel and a hand towel. The gym is not satisfactory.
The weather was terrible for 4 of the 5 days so being near the beach and having a pool were wasted. There are very few restaurant options and no coffee shops nearby. I would highly recommend staying near the centro.
The staff was nice and helpful.

The location was great because i cross the street and I'm on the beach, but it was very noisy not for music was noisy for the cars, and they were doing repairs in the place. The place needs a renovation because it looks dirty.

Struttura non ben mantenuta, i mobili della camera erano tutti rovinati, camera molto piccola e non estremamente pulita. Avevamo una camera con vista mare e il rumore della strada era eccessivo a causa del traffico perenne.
Colazione mediocre.
Posizione non male, direttamente sul mare (mare però non propriamente bello, anche se ci sono strutture per bagnarsi e la gente era a fare il bagno), e in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro.

En la oferta dicen que tienen recogida en el aeropuerto y no es así. Dicen que ya no cuentan con ese servicio. También dice que que el valor es con impuestos incluidos. Y te cobran esos impuestos al llegar.

Hotel antigo, muita coisa quebrada do quarto, não tem frigobar, café da manhã limitadíssimo ruim mesmo. Na beira do mar e nenhuma estrutura de praia nem toalha.

O hotel cumpriu com a pontualidade no check-in, e tanto o serviço de quarto quanto o atendimento foram satisfatórios. No entanto, a estrutura do hotel apresenta diversas limitações: quartos e corredores com pinturas desgastadas, guarda-roupas danificados, elevadores lentos e uma academia com equipamentos bastante antigos. Além disso, o café da manhã foi um ponto de insatisfação. A oferta era básica, frequentemente faltavam itens, as opções disponíveis eram muito oleosas, e o fato de os hóspedes não poderem se servir foi incômodo. Um funcionário era responsável por servir as porções, mas sem qualquer critério claro, o que gerou desconforto. Por fim, embora a localização seja próxima a pontos turísticos, os funcionários recomendaram o uso de carros particulares devido à insegurança da região. Por todos esses motivos, minha avaliação é 7/10.

This was not a 3 star hotel. There were too many problems. The condition of the room was very poor. There were broken door handles and window pulleys. The noise from the street was terrible. I use white noise apps, but they didn’t help. I should have believed the other reviews. I had to ask for a floor towel and a hand towel. The gym is not satisfactory.
The weather was terrible for 4 of the 5 days so being near the beach and having a pool were wasted. There are very few restaurant options and no coffee shops nearby. I would highly recommend staying near the centro.
The staff was nice and helpful.

The location was great because i cross the street and I'm on the beach, but it was very noisy not for music was noisy for the cars, and they were doing repairs in the place. The place needs a renovation because it looks dirty.

Struttura non ben mantenuta, i mobili della camera erano tutti rovinati, camera molto piccola e non estremamente pulita. Avevamo una camera con vista mare e il rumore della strada era eccessivo a causa del traffico perenne.
Colazione mediocre.
Posizione non male, direttamente sul mare (mare però non propriamente bello, anche se ci sono strutture per bagnarsi e la gente era a fare il bagno), e in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro.

En la oferta dicen que tienen recogida en el aeropuerto y no es así. Dicen que ya no cuentan con ese servicio. También dice que que el valor es con impuestos incluidos. Y te cobran esos impuestos al llegar.
