Holiday Inn Express LONDON - WANDSWORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The property is clean, quiet and located close to the station. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and quiet, however, was quite hot at night. They did provide a fan in the room which did help slightly. The hotel is located close to Heathrow so there was some daytime noise from the planes taking off, however, it wasn't disruptive at night. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - nothing special but not terrible either. Would recommend but just beware of the A/C issue. It's not a make or break, just something to be aware of.

The desk clerks were super friendly and helpful. Always made us feel special.

Overall, a good stay for 3 nights, with good location, parking available and breakfast. Staff very helpful and rooms comfortable. We stayed during a hot spell, and stay would have been more comfortable if air conditioning was working, although we were given good notice in advance on this.

We knew air con in hotel was broken when we booked and a fan was put in the room so that was ok. Water was extremely hot and difficult to get it to reduce in the shower. Breakfast was very poor, we went at 9:45 and a lot of items were no longer available. Very few staff on hand to help.

Good location for what we needed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was nice the only thing that let it down was the cigarette ends all over the floor by the entrance. Surely somebody must see them and send someone to sweep up.

The staff, especially Jacob at reception, is very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaners were very efficient. This property is located very close to the train and bus stops and restaurants. Conveniently next door is an M&S with many prepared food options. The only thing was the very hot water in the cold pipe which needed 5 minutes of running water (very wasteful) to get cold water.

Climatisation en panne durant notre sejour (peut-être depuis longtemps). 22° dehors, mais 28/30° dans la chambre, donc nuits difficiles. Pourtant elle fonctionnait dans les parties communes. Allez comprendre... Parties communes tres propre, mais notre chambre beaucoup moins. Moisissures et calcaire dans douche, eau bouillante impossible à regler (mitigeurs bouffé par le calcaire). Bref, il y a pire, mais mieux aussi.

Bis auf die Tatsache das wir erst kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt erfahren haben das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert alles in Ordnung.Frühstück könnte ein wenig internationaler sein (es gab weder Wurst noch Käse) und fernsehen konnte man auch nur auf englisch da keine anderen Sender vorhanden waren.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vor allem Jakob der lebt für seinen Beruf und sein Land !

At 1st when we arrived their Arircontion was not working. I complained and they fixed it by the next day. The rest of our stay was good. We had a good time with good breakfast.

No aircon but did give us a fan food was only pizza and toasties so £14 for a pizza costing £3 , !!! Rip off overnight parking £25 for £24 hrs multi storey opposite way cheaper

I booked a room and when I got there that room wasn’t even a thing it that hotel and a lot of people I didn’t feel comfortable around

We booked for 4 people and room was very small. They don’t have AC. It was hot air in the room and with out AC we had to spend 5 days

Mi experiencia en el hotel Holiday Inn a sido buena, pero no tanto como en el hotel Premier Inn de Berlin donde a sido mejor, el vestuario, la limpieza, y el ambiente, pero donde el servicio de desayuno fue mejor en Holiday Inn Express que en Berlin.

Their A/C was not working during my stay. It was very difficult to get a good night sleep as it was very hot and the window only slightly opens which allows the noise in.

The hotel was very good / the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine. We would have like a choice of a larger bed and perhaps this is something that could be considered for the future
