Friendly, warm and inviting and nice decor. Convenient to airport as arrived late.

A beautiful place for vacation

Had a really greay stay. Really warm and friendly welcom by Téa on reception followed by a really friendly bar tender. Clean and spacious room. Great room service, very prompt and polite. Only slight negative was the sausages in the morning didn't taste of anything, obviously poor quality

Great hotel. Very clean and has a great small gym, pool area, sauna and steam room

Was a very nice get away with friends and celebrating a friend at 60 at the Hotel. Ambience was great and had a very great Time. Look forward to Visiting the hotel again if given a good discount as I came all the Way from America.

Helpful staff , despite some IT issues. The lobby and restaurant were spotlessly clean. The hall way to our room could do with somw TLC, and the door to pur bathroom was the same. Gym was small with not mich kit there but the pool looked nice- no kids after 7pm.

Overall it was a clean hotel, friendly staff and fantastic facilities. The room was very clean but I think the bathroom need some redesigning.

Stopped over between Chessington and Thorpe Park visits. Lovely pool staff, great breakfast. Would love to stay again.

Excellent facilities, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Food ok, breakfast - a good variety but taste was a little disappointing- I've had better, but would stay again.

Great pool and friendly staff. However the insistence on ordering food via an inefficient tablet app, rather than a friendly person spoiled our dinner experience.

Hotel looks nice at the outset but tired in places such as the shower and pool. Food was average. Good that children ate free though. Pleasant stay but could be better.

This hotel exceeded our expectations but mostly due to the attentive and amazing staff. They were all so lovely and the restaurant staff catered to our needs to the fullest. The kids eat free options were great. The halal option on the afternoon tea was exceptional. We will definitely return again in future. My children enjoyed their stay immensely. Specifically Ishak at front desk, Barbara and Rishu in the Storyboard restaurant and chef Milton.

The service was really good overall, but there are two matters that need to be addressed On the second day of our stay, we went to the pool after signing in at reception.around 11am However, after about 10–15 minutes, we were asked to leave due to a regular class taking place. This was disappointing as we were not informed about it in advance, and the kids were really upset.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention about Julie and Lucas ( staff helping at breakfast) who went an extra mile to make sure that we both were looked after and enjoyed our breakfast and our stay.

Overall the property is clean, rooms comfertable, reception and Resturant staff very helpful and friendly. The menu offered good options. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe for kids.

I was discriminated against and yelled at by another guest management was informed but ultimately I was greatly disappointed in how things were handled.
