It was a good location really close to the station. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room however was extremely small fir two persons. There was no breathing space we were on top of each other.

Clean room, however very tired & in need of refurb. Great location. Bed comfortable, but very hot & noisy fan meant didn’t get great sleep.

The roads around the hotel were blocked off which made the convenient location not as convenient (although, not the property's fault). There was only one elevator which took a long time, so I had to walk from the top floor to reception a few times, which was fine except that I had luggage.

On arrival thought we would try food in bar only to be told restaurant shut.Then ordered a pint of draft beer to be none available.Went back in the evening now serving draft.Hotel basic for 4 star.All staff throughout welcoming and friendly

overall great. staff were helpful, rooms were decent and prices were good for central London. highly recommend! close to transport and other attractions!

Great staff and service, room was comfortable (and air conditioned!). Hotel is a good value in a central location.

We were given a room withiut AC ..ALTHOUGH AC ROONS WERE AVAILABLE and it was very very hot and humid inside the room we couldn't even sleep .. the lifts were not working and we had to take bags up the stairs .. The safe in the room was not working althought I have asked for it to be fixed .. but even after fixing it was still not working . The sink was also draining very slowly and stops on and off There was no food in the hotel they said kitchen is under renovation. So no room service you have to go out to eat . The area is isolated and feels unsafe to return at night with small kids . The room was smaller that what the ohoto looked like .. The only positive is that it is close to underground . For the amount of money we could have got much better

The room was very clean and adequately appointed. The gym was the best hotel gym I've ever seen. The public spaces were pretty clean but were well warn and really need updating. The staff were swamped with early arrivals but were gracious and helpful.

The property is good and well located

I use this hotel often for work purposes as it’s very conveniently located by Euston station . It’s clean , comfortable . Superior rooms have air con and bigger rooms which are nicer than the standard rooms .
