The staff was among the best I’ve ever seen. Bernadette, Alex, and especially Serena made our stay extra special. Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. She was Warm and helpful and remembered all our names. These guys deserve some kind of spirit award. Thanks for making our stay special.

Veldig fint hotell, med fantastisk service, flotte og romslige rom og sentral beliggenhet. God og rikholdig frokost. Restauranten er også utmerket, men i en ganske høy prisklasse. Vi hadde en middag der i løpet av vårt opphold, og det var en gastronomisk opplevelse! Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!

We stayed at Hotel Acadia for 6 nights and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms are so comfortable, spacious and if you get a balcony, you will wake up to a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast has a wide selection including delicious pastries. The highlight for us though was the hotel staff. After long days hiking, it was so nice to be greeted with a smile and a genuine care to answer questions and provide their best service. Alex gave us a tour of the hotel, recommended excellent restaurants, parked our car and even arranged breakfast for us to take on our early check-out. We cannot thank him and the other staff members enough for making our stay such a memorable one.

Hotel Acadia was great to us. This area is a lot less touristy than other places we’ve stayed at in the Dolomites, and we felt so safe. Walkability is high as well, with lots of great food places around. Staff were conversational and accommodating with our early check out time, and even provided us with breakfast boxes the night before.

Staff were extremely helpful and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

It is very hard to park in the small and packed hotel garage, plus you are charged for the parking fees.

The staff went out of the way to help. Activity and transportation options. Food selection and preparation were to notch along with the service. The bedding was so comfortable.

Lovely property in a beautiful mountain town. Val Vallunga parking lot is a short distance away. Only thing to be cautious of is this hotel has a garage that is rather small so big cars could have trouble fitting there. Otherwise, everything was great, and their restaurant was very good.

Vi havde et skønt ophold på 3 nætter på hotellet. Parkering i kælderen mod et mindre gebyr, gjorde det nemt. Meget venlig personale i receptionen som kunne hjælpe med vandreruter og gratis bus til lokalområdet. Værelset var dejlig stort, virkelig gode senge med lækkert sengetøj. Gratis vand på værelset hver dag. Fin wellness i kælderen som vi brugte en enkelt gang. Morgenmaden er med stort udvalg og manden som står for morgenmaden yder fin service med varm cacao. Der var rigtig godt styr på alt, så vi kunne nyde vores ophold. Nemt at gå til butikker, supermarked, lift og restauranter. Min største anbefaling herfra.

Ottima struttura, eccellente anche per rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto agli altri hotel della zona. Colazione ottima e variegata, dolci incredibili, c'è anche il salmone non affumicato! Personale disponibile e cortese. Peccato solo per il rumore dei lavori su una casa di fronte ma alla fine svegliarsi presto è stata una motivazione in più per fare attività di trekking nella zona! Lo consiglio

Our stay was great! We arrived to friendly staff and a beautiful lobby area. The suite we booked was spacious with complimentary waters and apples. They left robes, slippers and European chocolates on the bed, which was a nice perk. The bathrooms had nice toiletries products and plenty of towels. The hotel has its own parking garage under the building so that was nice since it was quite chilly during our stay. The restaurant could definitely use some help. It was the slowest service we had in the 2 weeks we stayed in Italy. We decided to try the restaurant since the chef wrote a book and looked very artistic with his food creations. Our parents own fine dining restaurants in Chicago and Florida, so we are definite foodies. The presentation was very nice. The risotto and the braised veal were both absolutely incredible. The shrimp presentation was so cool but shrimp was so so for the price. A table that was friends with the chef came right after our arrival and it seemed the focus went solely to them. We counted 12 people total in the restaurant and you would have thought they had a 300 cover that evening. We were seated with wine we ordered at the bar and didn’t have our appetizer for an hour and 20 minutes. We had empty water and wine for almost an hour and finally got up to order more ourselves at the bar. We probably would have ordered a bottle once we knew we liked it and even a dessert but we were just over the terrible service. I would never eat here again.
