Em tudo existe a supervisão de Laura, nos mínimos detalhes, desde os mimos no quarto , a louça do café, almoço e janta, sempre diferentes e elegantes. Os funcionários sempre solícitos e atentos. O lugar com uma pequena praia com areia é um espetáculo a parte. Poder jantar debruçada sobre o mar e depois tirar as sandálias e caminhar na areia é impagável! Um paraíso que nos abraça.

Incrível a estadia nesse hotel diretamente na areia da praia em Siracusa com lindas vistas para Ortigia. Tudo a uma curta caminhada do hotel, inclusive a ilha de Ortigia com seus restaurantes incríveis e comércio ótimo. Ficamos em um quarto com balcão sobre o mar! Café da manhã fantástico! Serviço de praia impecável. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Privatstrand, der täglich sehr gut gepflegt wird. Die Einrichtung des Haupthauses ist wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Am Strand hat man so gut wie alles was man brauch. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Was uns gestört hat, war die mangelnde Kommunikation des Personals beim Check in. Dadurch kamen immer wieder Fragen auf und man musste immer wieder im Haupthaus nach dem Personal schauen. Die Antworten waren meistens nicht sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das Gefühl manchmal von der Inhaberin etwas herablassend behandelt zu werden, weil sie meist nebenbei kurz und flapsig antwortete. Es wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass keine Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel inklusive ist, als wäre das selbstverständlich. Das Apartment war schön, aber sehr hellhörig. Im untersten Bereich hat man kein Fenster und dadurch entsteht immer eine Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum, da nur eine Wendeltreppe nach oben führt. Die Klimaanlage hilft dabei nicht wirklich oder ist zu kalt. Das Bad war leider nur oberflächlich gut geputzt. Aus dem Waschbecken kamen immer wieder kleine Mücken und in der Dusche war eine dicke Schicht Schimmel. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind sehr teuer. Am Strand ist es nicht erlaubt eigene Speisen und Getränke mitzunehmen. Dies führte natürlich dazu, dass wir gezwungen waren was zu bestellen, aber das Personal war sehr selten in Sichtweite. Somit musste man fast jedes Mal jemand suchen.

It was the only place in that area that had a sand beach with a beautiful layout. Even the outdoor bathrooms were so clean and pretty. The breakfast was amazing and the service fantastic. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms. Would absolutely recommend this place and would go here again!

Spectacular hotel, quiet and lovely. Location is GREAT. Such a pretty place to spend a few days exploring southeast Sicily. If you are looking for a giant hotel with a million amenities this is not for you. It is a special small place that provides a beautiful location to explore the area. Would recommend highly.

Beautiful property and location, probably the best in the Siricusa area. Great beach, rooms were amazing, and good food at the restaurant. Service was hit & miss, some staff were very nice and kind, some were extremely rude. We asked for 2 activities to be booked (a city tour and a beach club), and both were dropped and never done.

Very clean, lovely hotel with a wide variety of room choices. The dining area is on the water - very nice place to eat a meal. The beach is fantastic! It's an easy walk into old town Ortigia. Convenient parking lot next door.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel that has sole use of the only beach in Syracuse. It is run with incredible attention to detail from the beautiful bathrooms dinner to the room keys with their festoons of tiny shells. The hotel is situated a fifteen minute walk from Ortgia in an old building that has been sympathetically adapted as a hotel. It sits right on the water with its dining terrace literally inches form the water

The property is in the most beautiful position and is kept very well. Laura the host is very polite. However there is a finesse missing that would make this place incredible. The beds are hard as are the pillows. The lunches are good but expensive and the coffee is terrible. But what a gem. Close to town, amazing beach, really and awesome break.

Hotellet är en romantiskt plats med en liten strand, som ligger nära staden. Upplevelse i sin helhet är exklusiv och väldigt trevligt.

We were there before the high season so we were pampered and loved it!

Allt fungerar = privata stranden, restaurangen, lägenheten, personalen och läget. Kommer att återvända, helt säkert!

What a wonderful hotel you will not be disappointed to stay here. As soon as you step into the resort it has the wow factor. The pathway leading to the hotel has on its right the only sandy beach in Siracusa which is a big plus as you can dine everyday with almost your toes dipping into the sea. On arrival you immediately feel special as you are greeted on the patio before you step inside into this tastefully decorated and furnished reception and relaxing seating area. You can tell that the hosts Salvo and Laura really want you to share their home and nothing is too much trouble. This is also comes across with all the staff. You feel they enjoy their work and happy to help. Not forgetting Buddie their dog who gave us entertainment and joy every day. We loved our stay here and can't recommend it enough. Everyday the sun shined and we had smiley faces too!

Great hotel - small but with everything you need - a private beach, beautifully kept, - lovely rooms, fantastic terrace for dining/drinks overlooking the bay & very friendly efficient staff

Liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Service; perfekte Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem sauberen und gepflegten Strand. Geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Einzige Vernesserungsvorschläge: - Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich in der Auswahl und ändert sich nicht, Wenn man - wie wir - 14 Tage dort ist wird es langweilig. - wir hatten eine de Aplartements, die allerdings nur wöchentlich gereinigt werden. Das könnte häufiger passieren, nach einer Woche sind die angebotenen Handtücher ziemlich durch.... Trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Haus und wir kommen wieder.
