WIFI is not quite stable and fast enough. Room floor is laid by carpet and it has some stains on, which I can’t tell that was cleaned but leave the stain on, or vice versa.

The room was extremely dirty — I couldn’t even be barefoot for a second. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the shower floor was sticky, and the sink was filthy. The furniture was marked up and damaged, and the entire room just felt unclean and neglected. The smell in the hallway was unpleasant, and once inside, I could clearly hear people in the next room. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

全体的に良かったが、部屋内のスリッパが履き心地がよくなかったため、使い捨ての物が良かった。また、トイレにタオルがなく、ペーパータオルがあると良かった。 その他の施設や朝食、スタッフの接客など良かったため、また利用したいと思う。

Location good - easy walk to Namba station and close to Dotonbori but the hotel is a bit souless. Check in and check out is self service and it isn't clear what the reception staff are there for. The advertised Starbuck's coffee in the lobby is a nice perk but has restricted hours and was rarely available when we wanted it. Gym is ok if you just need a treadmill and a timeslot needs to be booked in advance The room is small but beds comfy and provided amenities are good. We couldn't get the TV to connect properly to Netflix, managed sound but no pictures but that may have been something we were doing wrongly. Having an in room laundry was great but drier takes ages although to be fair, the provided instructions do warn you of that. All in all, everythin was just adequate and this was the least favourite hotel of our stay in Japan

A great stay

We booked superior triple room. Having access to the 9th floor lounge via booking a superior room was very worthwhile. Staff was great and friendly, room is very clean, great location right next to most major things central Osaka. Im definitely coming back when I return to Osaka in the future

Modern and stylish hotel in a great location. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee at check-in appreciated. Easy walking distance to Dotonbori. Namba district really nice. Very good for transport links to KIX.

The hotel was convenient in order to travel around Osaka, being not far from the Namba stations. Furthermore, there are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Being in the superior room and having access to the lounge, with coffee, beer, soft drinks and snacks, the hotel amenities were fantastic.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly positive experience, though there were a few issues. The staff was wonderful—very helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any questions we had. The cleanliness was also fine; there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a variety of standard options to start the day, though it wasn't particularly memorable. The location is definitely a plus, as it's very central and convenient for exploring Namba and Dotonbori. The most glaring issue was the bathroom's lack of towel hooks or any sort of hanging space. This seemingly small detail became a daily inconvenience, as we had nowhere to hang our wet towels to dry. It's a basic amenity that we expected to find and its absence was quite noticeable. The room size was a major challenge. While we were prepared for a compact Japanese hotel room, this one was tiny. We struggled to even fully open our suitcases. In conclusion, this hotel is a solid option for travelers who prioritize an excellent location and friendly service above all else.

Central to shopping and Namba Station. Close to Dotombori. Excellent spot.

While the location of the hotel is close to much of the nightlife in Osaka, the hotel itself is next to the train/metro line. We were put in a room overlooking the metro line which ran from 6 AM until after midnight. There was never any indication that that would be the location of our room nor were we warned by the hotel staff that it would be noisy. As far as the facility goes the carpet in our room had stains in front of the mini fridge and the room smelled musty. The laundry facilities are not great because there’s only 3 machines for the entire hotel and each is a single washer/dryer unit. Clothes does not dry. The staff was nice and they helped us forward our luggage to our next stop. There are free drinks for guests on the second floor near the lobby, including Starbucks coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The breakfast at the hotel was fine, but Westerners should not expect a standard breakfast. Overall the pricing is good for this hotel, but if you are willing to spend more, you might want to pass. I wish we had. The hotel rating would be boosted by making some easy changes and improvements.

お部屋は広々として設備もよくゆっくり滞在できました。 ベッド下に（たまたま子供が開けた）たくさんの埃が溜まっており、少々気になりました。 スタバのウェルカムドリンクもとても嬉しかったのですが、床が飲み物で濡れてしまっていたので少し残念でした。

We had 3 in one room (husband,wife,18 yr old son). We each had large twin/single beds side by side, due to the expected size of the room. Water closet and wet room were separate, and the sink and mirror just outside of those. The separation of these made it very efficient for 3 people when getting ready in the morning. Free cold water/drinks and Starbucks machines in the lobby were a very nice touch
