Non-refundable PREPAYMENT for entire stay is required at the time of booking. Booking(s) will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations or shortened stays. The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
Only fully vaccinated guests** with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor. **Guests with vaccines requiring 2 doses (Pfizer, AstraZaneca and Sinovac) must have completed 14 days from the date of the 2nd dose and guests with vaccines requiring 1 dose (CanSino and Johnson & Johnson) must have completed 28 days from the date of that dose.

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดี ทำเลดี เชื่อมต่อกับห้างสรรพสินค้าและแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลัก Sunway Lagoon บริการดีมาก พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและให้ข้อมูลอย่างดี อาหารเช้าดีมีอาหารหลากหลาย ฉันได้เข้าพักที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Very good hotel. That is why we keep coming back to stay here. Location is very convenient, connected to the mall and also the amusement park. Service was great, very clean. Satisfied

Had a pleasant stay, room is spacious and beds are comfy. Cleanliness of the room can be improved especially the carpet. Easy access to Sunway Pyramid mall via PADINI.

1- I checked in around 4pm. It's take around 30min just for check in. In front of me was only 1 customer. The receptionist desk also not tidy as the paper that consisted customer personal details were just put as they wanted and not in tray @ drawer as supposed to. And most importantly, no warm welcoming smile from the receptionists. 2- During the check in, I'm asked Ms. Looi the receptionist about parking rate, she said for hotel customer just need to pay RM15 for 1 time. Can go out & in anytime without any further charges. I was on urgent meeting 1 hour after I checked in. And I have been charged again with the parking fee during out from basement parking. However, I managed to claim back the fee charged upon my return to hotel. This time, I'm being confirmed by receptionist, Malay lady (with hijab) that my car has been registered and no need to pay any cent during my check out from carpark on the next day. Stressfully, the same issue happen whereby I need to pay the parking fee. I pushed the help button but no one responded. The foreign guard officer who passed by ask on the problem. The guard officer was not fluent in English. After given my room number and car plate number, it's taken time about 15min for the issue to resolve. I'm so embarrassed as most the cars passed by look at me and my family and my car was stranded at the parking gate. Please improve the services as above points.

ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่ Clio Hotel ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เรียบร้อยพร้อมวิวที่ยอดเยี่ยม (วิวทะเลสาบซันเวย์) พนักงานทุกคนใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก โดยเฉพาะพนักงานต้อนรับที่ชื่อคุณสุตตะ (ผมสะกดชื่อเขาไม่เป็น) ฉันจะกลับไปที่โรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอนเมื่อฉันมาเที่ยวซันเวย์อีกครั้ง

มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากเพราะนี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เรามาพักที่นี่ ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาก พนักงานต้อนรับเราอย่างอบอุ่น ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษสำหรับ Mr. Fikri ที่ช่วยเราได้มาก ถ้ามีโอกาสจะมาพักอีก 👍.
