Parking Policy: Complimentary Parking Pass shall be claimed at the front desk before entering the basement parking. Check-in and Check-out The standard check in time is at 3:00 PM, while the standard check out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may entail additional charges. Parking: Registered guests are entitled to one complimentary parking slot per room. An extra parking slot may be requested at Php 50.00 per day use, while the overnight rate is Php 350.00. This is subject to availability. Please make sure to claim your Parking Pass at the Front Desk before entering the Basement Parking. Room Key Kindly secure your room key cards at all times and surrender them to the Front Office upon check-out. Extra Bed An extra bed request is subject to availability for P1,500. Children 12 years old and below are free of charge if they use the existing bed. Party Policy For the comfort of guests in Aruga, visitors are only allowed in the rooms until 10:00 PM. Visitors staying beyond this time will be charged an extra person fee of Php 1,500 per person. Bringing and using of any karaoke device inside the room is prohibited. Likewise, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of Php 5,000 should the room be left in total disarray. Balcony To preserve the design of the property, hanging or drying of clothes at the balcony area is not allowed. Pets There is no facility available in the property to accommodate pets. Breakfast Breakfast consists of a Continental buffet spread with a selection of one (1) made-to-order hot entree and is served daily at the Aruga Cafe by Mesclun, located at the ground floor. Operating Hours from Monday to Friday is 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from Saturday to Sunday is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is located at the 3rd floor of Aruga. The number of guests' access is observed according to room type : Studio Deluxe - 3 persons, One Bedroom - 4 persons, Two Bedroom - 5 persons. Operating Hours is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Fitness Center The fitness center is located at the 2nd floor of Aruga. Operating Hours : 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Power Plant Mall The mall is directly connected to Aruga through Basement 1. Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Airport Transfers Airport transfers to and from the airport may be booked through the Reservations or Front Office. The minimum dress requirement throughout the property is smart casual. Sleepwear, bathrobes, wet suits, slippers and the like are not encouraged. 1. All guests must present valid government-issued IDs upon check-in. For foreign travelers, a valid passport and alien certificate registration will be required upon check-in. For local residents, a valid government-issued ID and/or company ID with a Metro Manila address must be presented upon check-in. 2. The registered guests as indicated in the confirmation letter must be present upon check-in with valid IDs. The hotel may screen and decline non-registered guests, subject to the guidelines of the Metro Manila community quarantine. 3. In compliance with the DOH guidelines, the property reserves the right to screen guests upon check-in for travel history, including domestic and medical conditions. 4. The property reserves the right to adjust its policies, including modification or cancellation of non-guaranteed or guaranteed bookings, to comply with guidelines imposed by the national or local government and other regulatory agencies (DOT, DOH, etc).
