RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS - Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos. - All reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservations team will request for prepayment via guarantee to the property through Direct Billing to Company, Credit Card Authorization, Bank Transfer, or Bank Deposit at least 7 days prior to check-ins in order to guarantee the reservation. Dayton Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, credit card authorization form, bank transfer reference/confirmation or bank deposit slip prior to the deadline. - Your Reservation Confirmation will serve as guide of information to the front desk to assure the smooth and additional convenience to the guest upon checking-in. - Full payment should be settled by check-in through the following: Settlement via Cash or Credit Card at the Front Desk, Prepayment via Credit Card Authorization upon reservation, Prepayment via Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit at least 7 banking days prior to check-in, Direct Billing to Company - To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner upon check-in. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present a letter of authorization signed by the card owner, clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement or may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card. - Guests who opt to pay at the point of check-in have to inform the reservations team if their estimated time of arrival is beyond 6 PM. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to release unpaid rooms at 6 PM. - All published rates are inclusive of VAT or government tax at the current date and “NO SERVICE CHARGE” to be collected from you. - The rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice. - All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability and maybe subject to a minimum night stay. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Dayton Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of the hotel and its products. - Discounts granted by the government (e.g. Senior Citizens’ Discounts) or those granted by the hotel through offers, promotions and/or other privileges shall not be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions and/or other privileges. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - A valid Government ID with photo or passport must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in. - Standard check-in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival. Standard check-out is at 12:00. - Any extension is subject to room and rate availability. - Late check-out charges shall be applied automatically after the check out time at 12:00NN. An additional night charge will apply for check-outs beyond 17:00. - Early check in, is free of charge BUT subject to room availability. - Night extensions are subject to availability. ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND CHILDREN - Additional Adults will be charged at Php 700.00 net per person. - No charge for children below 12 years old occupying the same room with parents without extra bed. However, there will be cost for the child’s breakfast if availed. - Additional Breakfast will be charged at Php 200.00 net per person. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY - Modification and cancellation of confirmed room reservation must be done three (3) days prior to check-in date. You will be charged the total price if modified or cancelled three (3) days before arrival. Guest may call reservations at +63 43 786 0042 or email reservations@daytonhotel.ph. - To avoid any misunderstanding regarding your reservation, we require your written cancellation or modification of your reservation request sent to us via email at reservations@daytonhotel.ph. - Any modification in the length of stay, dates and room type after the cut off date may result in a rate change. - Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s). NO SHOW POLICY - In the event that you did not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it on the stipulated time period as specified above, NO REFUND/RETURN of any amount shall be made pertaining to your booking. - Such is the case for reason that these rooms are held by the Hotel as guaranteed/ confirmed under your name and will not be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. - Thus, any no-show on your part, the Hotel shall charge room reservation charges on your credit card. - Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be considered as no-show.
