We wish to inform you that in line with the Executive Order signed by the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte entitled “Providing for the Establishment of Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places”, effective 23 July 2017 the hotel will no longer provide smoking rooms. The hotel will be converted into a smoke-free establishment by reinforcing a No Smoking Policy. This would include the smoking rooms which will now be converted into a smoke free hotel floor.
F1 Hotel Manila is a quarantine hotel as certified to by the Department of Tourism. As such, we can only cater to the following clients / guests being a quarantine hotel and while under GCQ: 1. Returning Filipinos (OFWs and Non-OFWs) who may be required to undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine; 2. Business travelers (local and foreigner) required an RT-PCR test prior to reporting to their respective offices / areas of business; 3. Essential travelers (i.e. seafarers, stranded Filipino tourists and foreigners; domestic and international, both inbound and outbound); 4. Foreign Guests who are transiting through, or are otherwise temporarily staying in the Philippines for a short period and will leave the country; RT-PCR test being required 24 to 48 hours before their flight; 5. Health care workers; 6. Other employees from establishments that are allowed to operate during the GCQ pursuant to the IATF Omnibus Guidelines. 7. Employees of agencies and instrumentalities of the Government, including GOCCs and LGUs, especially health and emergency frontline, border control and other critical service workers.

Confirmed schedule of home-service RT-PCR test to be done on 5th day of stay. o For guests undergoing mandatory quarantine (10 days): Confirmed schedule of home-service RT-PCR test to be done on 7th day of stay. o For non-quarantine guests: Negative result of a Rapid Antigen Test (test must be done no longer than 24 hours prior to check in) or Negative Result of an RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours prior to arrival to the hotel. o All guests: Booking Voucher All guests to do health and travel history declaration (QR Code) upon check in. Certain public facilities and areas identified below may be closed or with limited operation in accordance with government directives and are open for non-quarantine guests only: o Gym – open from 9am to 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. o Spa - closed o F All Day Dining Restaurant – closed o F Café – closed o The Canary (Al Fresco Restaurant) – open from 10am to 9pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. o Swimming Pool – open from 10am to 8pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
