Its the most convenient hotel. Literally right next to train station, Interlaken West. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Place is very clean and quiet due to soundproof glass windows. I cant even hear the train pass by. Breakfast is simple and perfect. Great hotel for tourists.

⭐ 2/10 – Very Disappointing Stay
I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel experience was truly disappointing. Our room was directly above the train tracks, and when I asked politely to move to a higher floor, the reception staff brushed me off without a smile. They claimed all rooms were occupied, yet the Expedia app showed multiple available rooms in the same category. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the loud train noise, the 2 lady receptionists ant night insisted it was “not possible” to hear it, which felt dismissive and insulting. I didn’t know that accusing customers lying is part of the service. (I have recorded the noises on videos of the management team wants to hear them) The room was also very dusty, adding to the discomfort.
On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety, and the gentleman at reception during the day was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the unhelpful staff, noise, and lack of honesty overshadowed these positives, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to Interlaken West station, so it’s very convenient for trains and buses. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. The sink in my room drained slowly, and there was no tea kettle. Still, it’s a good place to stay in Interlaken and a pretty good deal overall.

If you’re staying in Interlaken and plan on sight seeing in the surrounding areas, I’d highly recommend staying here. The Interlaken West train station platform is literally right outside one of the hotel doors. Our room was facing the train station and we could barely hear it when trains came through. The hotel views are amazing. And the breakfast was excellent - with lots of options. Beds were comfortable but pillows were pretty terrible - super thin and were very warm. The rooms have AC but it’s not super effective. It also resets to the baseline temperature every time you leave your room. I recommend not taking a hot shower before bed unless you want the room to be warm for a while. Overall, highly recommend based on some of the other, more dated, options in the area.

The location is on the West side of town so you do have to take a short train ride to Ost station each time you travel. Even though it’s next to the train station, we did not hear it at all! It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good and it’s nice to have grocery store across the street.

Perfect place to enjoy a vacation for myself and my two teenage kids. Spacious apartment right next to Interlaken West station which was surprisngly noise free (with windows closed). Great scenery, super location, very attentive service and great breakfast.

The location is on the West side of town so you do have to take a short train ride to Ost station each time you travel. Even though it’s next to the train station, we did not hear it at all! It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is good and it’s nice to have grocery store across the street.

Perfect place to enjoy a vacation for myself and my two teenage kids. Spacious apartment right next to Interlaken West station which was surprisngly noise free (with windows closed). Great scenery, super location, very attentive service and great breakfast.

The air conditioning does not work well, room does not cool off. No phone or iron in the room. Breakfast is good and it is in an excellent location.
