It was perfect for a night. I could not imagine staying more than that. Walking to the second floor, definite pot smell with other odors. We were lucky were placed further down the hall, so we did not have an issue. Again, great for the night. Not intending to stay again. No microwave and no mini fridge in rooms.

They don’t serve breakfast anymore. I wish I had known that before we booked! We have been here 3 times now and will be back again. Price is right and rooms are decent. No updates in decades, no fridge or coffee maker. But there is a nice tub 💕 and window seats I love to lay on and catch the morning sun (especially if it’s cold outside!)

Nice and clean, friendly staff. A bit outdated, but everything worked. It is right next to high tension lines, and on a dead end road.

The hotel itself looks extremely cozy from the outside. Upon entering i was greeted kindly and there is always someone working at the front desk. Got my room keys and headed towards my room. (Note here i was made aware that the continental breakfast is no longer served). Got into my room to a very outdated- yet cozyish room. The ceiling was popcorn ceiling, walls a wallpaper that was peeling, and the restroom light kept unscrewing itself. Water pressure was good and shower itself was clean. Area around the toilet had a yellow stain (ew). Woke up the next morning to be informed through a piece of paper that they "cannot provide room service for more than 1 night stays". Meaning our hotel room wouldnt be clean for our entire 5 night stay. Not even our garbage taken care of. We had to go to the front desk to ask for items which were given no quarrels. Overall i would give this only 2/5 due to many factors. It is comfortable but i wouldnt recommend it for long stays. Keep it to 1 night. Next time will definitely not be staying here.

Staff was great! Rooms are dated & small, but very clean. Room was stuffy when we got there, took awhile for room to cool down.

CenterWay is a tough place to review because it is very bare bones. This was our second (and last) stay there. The place is very clean and it is the least expensive place around. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are so small that with 2 of us in the room only one of us at a time can move around. The room is 90% bed. The TV is basic and hung high. There are no amenities in the bathroom, the Internet was down, the continental breakfast has been discontinued (and there are no easy breakfast places nearby). The hotel is best if you need a clean, cheap place to sleep for 1 night. Staff is more clerical, than hospitality oriented.

Check in was easy. Hotel was outdated. Carpet was wet, not sure why. Bed was comfortable and clean but pillows were thin and uncomfortable.

Very friendly check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Though the hotel is not updated it was very clean and comfortable. We were passing through so it was perfect.

Great little place, very inexpensive, and always reliable.

I’m sure the staff do their best. The room I had was not renovated as presented in the pic, it smelled. The hallway had an ashtray!

Cozy, yet spacious.

The Centerway hotel rooms are small and feel cramped. The queen bed should be more comfortable. The bathroom felt cramped as well. The hallways and lobby did not smell fresh. I did not have a relaxing stay.

it was a horrible experience. The staff was very rude. Everything was outdated and no room service. No breakfast don't know why the listing shows breakfast bar . limited ice available. would not recommended to anyone

Location is great for visiting Niagra Falls. Particularly if you want a short stay reasonably priced. Receptionist was friendly. Rooms are very dated but this is clearly shown in the pictures. Has a motel vibe but was fine for what we needed - 1 night stay to travel to Niagra.

It was fine. Nothing to write home about. Average hotel nothing special, about expected for the price
