Holiday Inn SPRINGDALE/FAYETTEVILLE AREA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Pretty run down. Staff only changes the sheets or does the minimal one would expect if asked. Not clean. Indoor pool and "work out" facilities are disgusting.

Easy from start to finish. Many restaurants nearby and great bar downstairs.

It’s just old and hasn’t been updated. The carpets in the hallway on the floor I was on had a few big stains. Expected better from Holiday Inn. The staff were great.

Friendly and helpful staff, and nice clean rooms.

Nice and clean. Traffic on interstate sometimes noisy. Food and gas choices nearby.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were very personable. The cookies and breakfast was just right for weary travelers.

Staff was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and staff. My bathroom light did quit working and the waterfall was only partially working. It would have been really cool to see the whole thing working.

The room was good, but I think the carpet needs to be shampooed as my feet were dirty after walking around the room with no shoes on.

Excellent other than the fire drill and having to try to get my father in law out. He’s in a wheelchair and they shut down elevators and asked everyone to come to lobby. He can’t walked down multiple flights of stairs (let alone one). Fortunately before he made it too far, they called it a false alarm. I’m baffled with why they would put people in wheel chairs on a floor other than the first. The thought never occurred to me that it could be a possibility that we would have to evacuate. They need to think about their handicap accessibility.

Toilet didn't work. A/C didn't get cool enough. The overall condition needs renovating also.

We enjoyed our stay! Very accommodating staff! Facility included a clothes dryer that was needed for this particular stay!

Shower curtain smelled moldy, shower head kept falling down, maid service did not clean room well nor make bed, wash cloth used to cover sprinkler head, room felt damp and smelled moldy, fire alarm went off in the night, carpet torn...
