Wondering how this is rated a good hotel?

Great for a quick stop-over in Santa Rosa.

The bathtub had hair on the walls and the floor was dirty in spots like they just took a light sponge and not a mop. Other than that the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Beaucoup d'ouvriers, mais en fait, ils ont été silencieux. Nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes. Le point négatif est que je devais faire des lessives, mais plus d'espèces et nulle part pour en retirer aux alentours proches ! De plus, la dame de l'accueil ne connaissait rien au mode d'emploi des machines ni ne connaissait les temps de lavage et séchage et m'a donné des infos erronées concernant les bornes ATM de retrait. Le petit était correct

The overnight staff was wonderful! He greeted us with a smile and was very engaging. The room was clean and met our families needs.

Comfy, side room a bit to warm fan did not work without the light on. But great breakfast and friendly staff.

Room had been smoked in, TV only worked manually. Found used cigarette butt on floor under beds Kurt. Dirty.

Staff was friendly and quick.

I liked the area of the motel, but it is in a very noisy area,cars speeding by the place. The people who run the place have no sense of humor, oh well.

Stayed here July 5th. First the only took cash for the pet fee claiming since it was thru Expedia they couldn't do it any other way. The room AC was so loud and rattling. Fireworks at the park across the street kept setting off my room's smoke alarm which speaks to poor air filtering. Toilet barely flushed at all. Very noisy. Front desk staff were very nice however.

We were tired from a long day of driving and I had booked thru Expedia on the road. I had apparently entered the wrong date so when we arrived, there was some confusion. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and kind suggesting we needed to cancel or modify through Expedia so we wouldn't get charged for the incorrect date. Room was clean and beds super comfy. No coffee maker in room, but fresh coffee in lobby was excellent and we were back on the road by 5am.

Other than cleaning is seems like the facilities are neglected.

Needed a place to stay for a cross country trip and exactly what you would expect in a desert city

Room was dirty with unclean Linens trash in the trash cans and on the floor. Second room given to us smelled like a wet dog.

I had not stayed at a Super 8 in years. So I was pleasantly surprised to see well-kept grounds. We checked in after 6:30pm and was greeted by a friendly front desk woman who answered our inquiries about the general area and open local restaurants. The next morning as we checked out I told the young woman at the front desk about how well we slept- because the beds were SO comfortable. Without emotion, her stated response was simply- put it on the website. It was very deflating to us! I wasn’t going to addressed the breakfast- but you should know, many items were either empty or almost completely empty. It wouldn’t have even a thing- except we were specifically told the previous day that it was going to be a hot breakfast - much more than a couple pastries. I feel bad for businesses today. I would hate to be hiring - so many people have no clue about the basics in customer service. I hope this is helpful. The beds were amazing! Make it a Great day!! (It is a choice😊)

Staff was friendly and property was clean; however the bedding was poor quality and there were holes in a bottom sheet. The breakfast was sufficient but there were no fresh fruit options.
