In room 103 the shower head was pointing sideways. It should've had a hand held shower head since this was a wheelchair accessable room. The gentleman at the front desk immediately gave me a key to the room next door and came with me to verify it worked.

Barely adequate

Hotel did not have a shuttle service as advertised. The guy said it stopper 3 months ago. Made the reservation 4 monthe ago so i ended up paying for lyft which i feel should be reimbursed. Wont recommend this hotel.

I don't like to write bad reviews. The staff (young man) that stock breakfast had very long hair that was not tied back as most workers with food would cover or restrain hair, but the breakfast was really really good the best part of our stay. The room had a closed up smell (musty). May have been due to the fact when you showered there would be water on the floor (not from shower curtain out of tub). We opening the sliding door to air out the room, but it was very noisy. It did smell better by the time we left.

I booked this last minute. It stayed airport shuttle and going by its namesake believe it would suit my needs. It didn’t have shuttle so spent and $35 in uber fees. Then it was in horrible condition and wasn’t very clean. The bed made an awful noise every time you moved. I was so tired I got a couple hours of sleep and checked out extra early. I would never recommend this place. Also I didn’t have time to use the pool which I guess it was a good thing because even though pool is listed, in the middle of summer it was covered.

Good hotel. Courteous welcome by front desk. Room was clean and all fixtures in good operating condition. Hotel close to eating spots.

Location was convenient, and a relatively good breakfast. Property looked tired & unkept; inside looked even worse from wear & tear. I would not select this lodging again.

They advertise a pool but it is abandoned. It’s just an old run down, poorly kept property.

It was clean however there were cracks in the walls in the bathroom. The beds are hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. If you like an extremely firm bed you’re in luck but if you have a bad back you need to ask if they have a different room than we had. Also, the air conditioning would go on and off constantly and it was either too warm or too cold.

Very old LaQuinta definitely needs to be modernized! Breakfast eggs and sausage even tho in warmer were very cold nasty! Nice pillows tho!

Hotel exterior is damaged and unkempt; front desk employees are dismissive; missing nightstand; pool unopened; bathroom vent was filthy; although we had prepaid for 4 days our room passes were cancelled each day; lobby and elevator had an unpleasant smell. (The breakfast area was suspect, as one member of our party became ill almost immediately after eating there.) We had a good experience several times before, so we’re very disappointed. We don’t plan to return.

The elevator was a little shaky. The third floor smelled like old food and cleaner (not sure about the others since I didn’t stay on those floors). The lobby was like a sauna. The pool wasn’t open. There was a crack in our ceiling above the shower head. The beds sounded like you were sleeping on top of filing cabinets. And the rooms are overall very small for four people, so I wouldn’t call them “suites”. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at the property 5 years ago and it was beautiful. The front desk and shuttle driver were so kind. This time no one spoke. The breakfast is horrific, the lobby smells bad and the front desk staff are so rude. They never offered us a printed receipt, said goodbye, nor thanked us for staying. The room smells of mildew and mold. The bathroom ceiling is moldy. Only 1 bar of soap is given and it had to be shared at sink and shower. The carpets are sticky. The odors in the room are the worst. Also, the pool is covered but it’s the middle of July! This property gives Wyndham and LaQuinta a very bad reflection of your corporate names. Get rid of these owners!

It was a great value. It is a little dated and there was a lot of guest noise but you get what you pay for. I had an issue with payment for my service animal (my oversight) but the manager quickly corrected it. Added pluses are a Cracker Barrell next door and discount shopping in walking distance. We’d stay there again.

The property has good eating within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, everything in good condition. The breakfast was fresh and complete the next morning. A little pricey for a travel stop, but overall worth the splurge.

The room was dirty, floss stuck to the walls, rips in the linens, and the floors were disgusting. Also the AC did not work.

The place was booked for a family event . The pool was not accessible for the duration of stay . The reason by which we book this is the outdoor pool for the family to enjoy and was disappointed at checked in to be notified that pool was not available. We booked 2 rooms with one room hardly cools down in the middle of summer. The hot breakfast was okay but used to be better drom our previous stay. Feels like the staff is aloof and seldom show a smile. The hallways are hot and warm . Must be the new management that took over.
