Bed is comfy, pool was comfortable, ac worked great, rooms and building in general could use a remodel and clean but wasn’t horrible

There was a smoky smell lingering in the parking lot and lobby. Once I got in my room it was fine.

No soap in bathroom. Pool was inoperative a dog barked all night next door

TV did not work; vent in bathroom did not work, breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 am, and at 6:30 there was no food out whatsoever. There was a strange man lurking outside in the morning, wanting to get inside, and no staff around to assist. Kind of scary. We walked to the other end of the building to get away from him. No drinking cups in the room either.

I like the staff, Kori did a great job helping us!!! The property REALLY need the renovation they've started, our room was VERY disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not clean at all…everything is very old and run down with stains. Bedsheets were dirty and it smelled terrible, had to go buy Lysol.

We was out out of the building cuz my girlfriend was not aloud there why we did not know and we paid it and want our money back

I found the towels were dirty and had pubes on them. The sheets, on both beds, had hair on the sheets.

I found a roach in the bathroom. Bed was super uncomfortable- hard and no cushion. Customer service was well , wouldn’t stay here again tho.

Need deep clean and paint. Please shampoo all carpets. Workout room and pool was very nice

The hotel and staff was overall nice, the breakfast as lacking a lot just cereal 2 optiosn and waffles that were not that good. Also the other patrons were very loud, next time we stay were gettign a up on a higher floor so its not so loud from the people outside the exit door.

It was conveniently located and we had a great time.

Terrible place to stay. Went to visit some friends, walk up to our room on the 4th floor and there are holes in the walls, 3 or more dogs barking in one room, lights didn’t work in our room, asked for more towels and they didn’t have any. Our friends checked into their room and found the window open and it was broken so you couldn’t close it. There were bugs flying in through the window.

Siempre me rentado en este hotel. Y nunca había tenido problemas, pero esta vez fue pésimo el trato. Renté una habitación para no fumadores y me dieron una para fumadores, a las 11pm me dijeron que no me la podían cambiar que tenía que abandonar la propiedad y no tenía rembolso, también dentro de las gavetas habían pedazos de pizzas y las almohadas manchadas y viejas. No regreso
