Clean room, friendly staff

The front desk staff were so sweet and welcoming. She offered us waters & nearby restaurants to check out. The room was beautiful & I loved that it was across from the park and close to everything!

Easy access to the downtown area and DRAKE PARK!

Carpet was still wet from cleaning. TV stopped working day 2, no one to fix it. Staff very nice. Great free breakfast. Refrigerator kept shutting off. Bed, eh, had better and had worse. Charging station available!

Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants (along Deschutes Riverwalk from Pioneer Park across the street from hotel). Breakfast selections excellent and great that opened 6am weekdays (7 on weekends). Housekeeping on request. Lighting in room very good.

I enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast. Definitely felt like a family-friendly place to spend some time in Bend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the young gentleman who worked the front desk (we cannot remember his name unfortunately). He was very friendly, warm and welcoming.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was about a .7 mile walk to the downtown area of Wall and Bond Streets. The free breakfast was okay but great breakfast options in town.

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. They offered great advice on how to navigate Bend during Fourth of July weekend, where to see fireworks, and other local events. Tammy helped us several times, but many of the other staff did too, I regretfully did not catch all of their names.
