-โรงแรมให้บริการแย่มาก ไม่มีลิฟท์ ต้องเดินเท้าขึ้นบันไดที่ชันมากถึง4 ชั้น ย้ำ บันได ชันมาก ไม่เหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ คุณจะต้องเดินขึ้นลงเหนื่อยมาก -ไม่มีตู้เย็น ในห้อง และ ถ้าจะไปฝากfront แช่ของในตู้เย็น มีข้อจำกัด คือ ถ้าตู้เย็นของ front เต็มแล้วคุณก็ไม่ได้แช่ -พนักงาน พูดจาไม่ดี ไม่พร้อมให้บริการลูกค้า พูดจาเสียดสี หน้าตาไม่อยากให้บริการ -โรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากในเมือง เดินไปtube ประมาณ10นาที -แนะนำ คนที่จะมาพักโรงแรมนี้ เปลี่ยนไปพักที่อื่น อย่ามาพักที่นี่ เชื่อผม -ห้องพักเล็กมาก ย้ำ เล็กมาก เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ในลอนดอน -ในห้องพัก ไม่มีโต๊ะ ไม่มีโซฟา เข้าไป ไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่มีแม้กระทั่ง น้ำเปล่าให้ดื่ม -พวกเราจ่ายเงิน มากกว่า1,200 ปอนด์ ในการพัก 3คืน ที่อังกฤษ แบบห้องครอบครัวติดกัน แต่เราไม่ได้ซึ่งความประทับใจเลยสักนิด -เน้นย้ำ!!!!!! โปรดอย่ามาพักโรงแรมนี้เชื่อพวกเรา

It was a very good hotel, clean and looked nice. the rooms are small but for us that just traveled with a back pack it was perfect. the hotel is very central and very near Victoria station where you can also take express train to Gatwick, it is also near Pimlico station, some restaurants and a grocery store

The hotel is decent, clean, and functional, although nothing exceptional in terms of comfort or services. However, its main advantage is the location: very well situated, with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to get around and fully enjoy the stay.

Although on the small side the room was clean, well supplied with toiletries, towels, hair dryer etc. the bed was comfortable and being able to open the window was very good

La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente, moderna e carina. Camera davvero troppo troppo piccola. Per una notte OK, ma non di più. Manca un armadio, ma soprattutto se si è in due bisogna salire sul letto per passare dall’altra parte, perché intorno al letto non si può girare e devi aprire le valigie a terra!

Overall was good. The room was tiny, great for a short visit, quiet area, close to Victoria, staff were welcoming and nice.

Easy check-in

This is a nice hotel, good location to the tube, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were nice, we were upgraded to the top floor - 87 steps and no elevator! We were good with this, but something to note if you have mobility issues.

The staff were great - friendly and helpful and offered a great suggestion for coffee (The Roadting) just down the street. The only issue we had was that we had booked a “Superior Twin Room,” but when we first checked in, we were assigned a room in the basement where there was no window. I don’t think that’s even legal in Canada because there’s no secondary exit if there’s a fire. I requested a different room and they were able to move us the next day. The rooms were clean and the AC works really well but they are tiny tiny. The picture shows a gap between the beds and the nightstand but in truth there isn’t any space. Despite the size, the room was comfortable.

Sehr gemütliche Zimmer und ihren Preis auf alle Fälle wert, wenn man London zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn erkunden möchte.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Bedrooms very small didn't realize no elevators. Biggest small room I have ever seen was on 4th floor. I realize some things cant be changed. But small thoughtful gestures would ease disappointment of rooms. For example upon arrival most people exhausted from travel offer a refreshment drink. Anyway should have done more research.

Incredibly tiny. No amenities

Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Room was so small like a closet- the bed was right against the wall. Window shades barely covered window.

Wonderful location. Close enough to walk most places in central London and yet far enough away to be quiet and cozy.
