Noisy, no indoor steps. The rooms were nice and bed was comfy

There was a very bad smell in the hall ways and the rooms had roaches.

I think it's a very good motel and the front desk service is very satisfying. It's a quiet and safe place. me parece muy buen motel y el trato del fron desk muy satisfecho lugar tranquilo y seguro.

Dirty hotel, not in good area, shower hot and cold was backwards and not much water pressure. Would not stay thete again.

Not safe place, to close to airport.

The hotel itself is better than expected. The bed was very comfortable The room clean and the staff friendly. Well worth the money with plenty of places walkable to eat or to get any toiletries or things you needed they also have a washer and dryer you can use and it was a quiet pleasant day. Recommend

They gave us a welcome bag and helped us find a ride to the Derby. Very helpful.

Staff was helpful

They overbooked so my reservation was cancelled. I was left to sleep in my car and then drive the 5 hours home. I had a 5 night reservation. So that was disappointing.

When your first pull up the putter appearance needs a little tlc; looks older on the outside than what the inside does. Once you get inside it’s overall pretty clean. I wish they had microwave in the rooms ( just one in the vending area ) also it had 1 face towel per room. Clearly not enough for a double bedroom that can fit 4 ppl.

Room phone did not work. Was a problem when someone was knocking on the door at 2 a.m. and then the fight outside shortly afterwards. Had to call from cell phone

I found a syringe In my room an when I walk out it’s woman selling there bodies an Mexicans run the whole thing they live there they don’t want black people there they took my deposit but I told them I found a syringe in the room they brushed it off I got food poisoning from the vending machines I would never go back

Really nice set up inside. It seems like there are multiple people living in this hotel. And there have been pets in EVERY room. It's a pet hotel 10/10. I have three at home so it wasn't abhorrent to me. If the rooms had been cleaned it would have been a great stay. There was dirty towels, dirty tub, soap rings still on everything. Toilet was disgusting, floor was sticky ... You get the idea... General smell of dog. Everything at dog height is dirty from paws and tails. But! It's a nice set up. New everything in the rooms. Just poorly cared for.

Beds were clean, furniture was up-to-date, nice vanity mirror. The shower was pretty gross. There was hair all over the place and the tub was a bit dirty like it had barely been cleaned. The toilet barely had any water in it. The worst part was the noise. There were people yelling outside and horns honking at 1 am. The other guests seemed a bit shady and the two abandoned hotels on either side of the building gave off a creepy vibe. I definitely won’t go back but I guess you get what you pay for.
