What I didn't like was when I made my reservation, I paid the upcharge to male it refundable because my travel plans aren't always 100% guaranteed, and with that purchase I also paid the $18 for the breakfast buffet. I check-in, get my meal vouchers and go to my room for the night. Next morning I wake up and head to the buffet and the host tells me the buffet is $25. So now I'm standing there confused like, why bother paying $18 for the voucher if I have to pay more anyways? Either way I'm spending $25. Also, I'd like to note that on the hotel website, it shows the price range for breakfast to be $18-22, so now it's just a lie at that point. I did speak to a manager during my check-out about this and they did reward me with 5,000 points which I greatly appreciated, but it was still disappointing to not enjoy the food.

Lovely design, very clean, modern, great amenities, good food, good location.

Very nice interiors, staff is friendly and accommodating. The drinks at The Vick were really delicious. Breakfast at Iris Cafe is decent and reasonably priced. Appreciate the pet-friendly policy. The location is a bit odd (not downtown) but close to the university, was quiet at night. Easy enough to get to desirable restaurants, bars, etc.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The Vick rooftop bar was a fun place to relax with great views.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Celare! The staff was kind and so friendly, breakfast was great and the rooms were so clean and inviting. We will definitely recommend to everyone! God bless you Proverbs 3:5-6💜

The hotel's aesthetic appeal was outstanding, with the room decor being especially impressive. Moreover, the staff consistently delivered exceptional customer service. Conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants, just a 9-minute commute from the downtown area.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Valet parking was quick and easy, the breakfast was excellent.

We had an amazing stay, from the moment we entered the property, to checking out. Everyone was friendly, everything was up-to-date and esthetically pleasing, and the rooms was very comfortable. If we find ourselves in the area again, I'd definitely love to book here again.

We liked everything

Property overcharged me substantially for my sty and have yet to refund their accidental charges to my account. They offer valet but using high pressure sales tactic convince you into the 40$ fee yet forget to mention the hotel has parking 1 min away that is 25. Place has much noise due to the local college and is a distance from downtown, also not in the safest of areas. When I called to be refunded my overcharged account the manager was nowhere to be found and said they would email me. Better options to stay in the area and will not return here again l.Also they beg you to give 5 star review because they are new hotel yet can not accommodate accordingly.

We loved our stay at Hotel Celare. They staff were so friendly, the ambience was amazing and everything was so clean. I highly recommend this place.
