Beautiful property, pictures don’t portrait how impressive this place is. Good for couples, for relaxation, the concept is unique.

The food was amazing, best aguachilis I’ve had. The pool was stunning . Staff was so friendly and attentive , especially Antonio. He went out his way to make my birthday trip Amazing. Everyone is so attentive. This place felt like a perfect slice of heaven

This is a beautiful and unique property, unfortunately the paths were all closed. The restaurant is amazing. The staff are all wonderful. The rooms are modern. Only thing that was difficult was the noise, traffic is right there. Everything else about this place is awesome though. I recommend staying here if you are a little bit hippie or Buddhist.

The service people are very nice not issues but the owner needs to invert some money on the building installations it needs a lot of maintenance

We stay here once a month. They treat us perfectly. The staff are great. The location is not what you are looking for if you want a party spot on the beach. It’s quiet and very quaint. They have rooms around the pool and your patio has stairs directly into the pool. We bring our dog with us sometimes and they welcome her as much as they welcome us. Perfect for what we are looking for. It’s 5 mins from Cancun International. Easy to get to and easy to get out of. The continental breakfast is very good and we recommend the French toast.

The biggest issue was at night. It’s really close to a busy street and it feels like the cars and motorcycles passing are right next to you. It was really loud. The hotel it’s self is nice. The beach area was completely full of seaweed and unable to access. It had great potential but the location isn’t ideal.

Great food here! Always enjoy the meals. Plumbing needs to be checked. Toilet didn't flush too well.

We stayed in a king room with direct access to the plunge pool…what a treat to just step out the back door and dip into a basically private pool. So romantic and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, pillows soft, and towels extra large and absorbent. The staff were so kind, greeting us with big smiles and treating us like the only guests there. It was quiet, peaceful, and the pools were beautiful. Everything was tastefully done, making us feel hidden away in an exotic paradise. The breakfast was an artful display of delicious fruit with additional side options that were absolutely delicious. In particular, the servers Milton and Juan were the absolute BEST! So friendly, fast, personable, professional, and loved to practice English and help us with Spanish. I highly recommend staying here to avoid the crowded, noisy resorts and get the personal touch that makes all the difference!

0ff a very busy road, traffic noises until midnight. Nothing to see or do anywhere nearby Waited two hours until check-in, I let them know I would be early the day before, then at 3 o'clock they changed shifts and when I went to the front desk nobody had told the new person I'd already checked in. After that was straightened out my room had two small glass bottles of water for $3.50 each and no toilet paper.

Booked for a solo trip. Very nice place was super calm and quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is undergoing construction in some sections but overall it is a great place to stay! Also close to everything near downtown Cancun.
