The food at the food court is expensive and not worth it in my opinion, it's just ordinary and doesn't compare to the prices.

The staff is all friendly, the place is shady, comfortable, and clean. Ticket exchange is easy with the app/TikTok app, and there's live music on the courtyard, so it's not empty or scary at all.

The place is clean despite being very spacious and full of cats (the cats don't just wander in and out, they tend to be very calm, haha). The guide was also very good, very knowledgeable about the places.
