We booked the hotel specifically for the advertised indoor heated pool. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was out service. There were no towels at the pool and when they were brought to us they were stained badly and looked dirty. The carpet in the hallways is not pulled tightly and extremely dirty and stained.

Checked in at a kiosks that took longer than a normal check in even being pre-registered. Got to my room and found it occupied by someone else. Had to go back down and talk to the front desk. Wow! Can’t say I’ve ever had anything like that happen before!!

The jacuzzi they advertise and pool waterfall were out of service but of course they do not tell you this before booking also ice machines broken - not working, had to wait 30 minutes to check in because their machines were not working

The bartender was nice. The carpet was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. My friend and her husband were in a room next to me and they pulled the covers to go to bed the sheets were dirty. She called the front desk and they told her they were bring clean sheets but she had to change them herself. Not good.

The property was built in the 70’s and it looks like it has never been updated. The carpets were so filthy that the bottom of our socks were black. There were highly questionable stains on all the carpets including hallways. The room was next to the pool and the bathroom smelled like mold. I will never stay there again. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel.

Toilet was broken, they acted like they didn’t want to switch room for us until day 2. Finally moved us and they moved us to a room where blankets and bed mattress topper had slits and holes in it and the toilet still was broke. Noise level from other people was loud they didn’t care

The hotel looked great from the outside. Carpet on the inside was nasty and dirty The staff had bad attitudes, the check in kiosk was a nightmare. The pool said it was heated it was not the main attraction was the hot tub and it was under construction. We came to have a good time and relax. The neighbors weren't friendy and extremely disrespectful partying all night and extremely loud and obnoxious. The hallways and rooms smelt like pot. This was a horrible experience and not worh the steep bill for the room plus the $100 deposit was unnecessary. On top of all that when checkin out we noticed several cars in the paking lot ours included got keyed. Highly disappointed.

It was just okay. The virtual front desk seemed terribly inefficient and redundant. The lack of an elevator was a bit of a surprise. And if would be nice if the coffee station were moved to the lobby or bar and offered outside of your scheduled breakfast hours.

Did not like the virtual checkin. Process was longer than expected. I pre checked in via text link and I expected that to speed the process along. There was not map or direction given to find my room. Room was good overall. There was hair on the sheets. I get the static from washing and drying but I recommend taking a lint roller and just go over the sheets before putting the comfort on.
