The desk man in the morning was very nice. After we checked out, he saw that I was having trouble carrying a coffee cup (from the breakfast room) to the car without spilling, and he came out of our unit with larger coffee cups to give to me. Very gracious, generous and alert. Made a great memory. Great employee. The stay was high value for the price.

This place is filthy . It says it’s nonsmoking but it reeks of smoke . It is filthy with weird stains on the rugs and shower curtains that looks like specs of blood . The front door and the bathroom door both look like they’ve been kicked in a few times. And there was a huge circle on the glass that looked like the happy face killer had been there . Also the ac makes a huge banging and ticking noise .

The people working were rude, a gentleman was complaining about his room, they were laughing at him. We did not feel safe in 1st floor room.

my friend and I went for a baby shower and needed to find a place to stay for the night. We chose them because the price was not bad for one night.. and we split it between us both. The were good two full size beds , comfortable beds, bathroom nice size , everything was clean; the heater worked good.. they had continental breakfast.. cereal, bread , muffins, coffee, yogurt, juice , & fruits.. it was good to get us through lunch... We didn't use any of the other amenities because we were only there one night.. over all very good.

This hotel takes reservations for age 18 but will not allow them check in. Stranded age 17 & 18 after 7 hours flying across the US without a place to stay. No recommended place for them either when asked. Even took money for early check in with their credit card but then denied them check in.

Everything was fine. Cleaner than most other places. The only suggestion I have would be to clean the shower/ tub fixtures (faucet, drain plates, handles ,and bar above the soap

No remote for the tv, refrigerator was broken!

It’s always a problem with this hotel. It’s either the tub and stuffed up or you get cold water and no hot water. This is my second time staying there.

It was a wonderful place, the view from my room was amazing, Im glad they have no smoking room at all, the atmosphere feel clean, the room and the whole hotel was very clean too, my reservations was exactly how I was expecting, I recommend and I will choose it again for my next trip, I give them 5 Star with a happy 🙂

So the only thing you want from a place like this is a place to sleep. Got in about 1am and fell asleep. They have the system programmed to text you at 8am so you can give them a heads up about what time you are leaving. THEY WOKE ME UP FOR NO GOOD REASON!!! I PAID TO SLEEP!!! ZERO STARS!!!
