Ok hotel. Could have been cleaner

It is closer where my daughter school. Then it is walkable for some places where we can get/ buy some foods.

We came here for my daughters 6th birthday. Pool was clean, but the surrounding pool area was not so clean. Wet towels were laying everywhere with no one in site. There were no clean/dry towels to use. We had to go back up and get room towels. Room was clean, but the bathtub was full of water when we arrived. Hallway smelled like cat urine. Breakfast was good, and the area was very clean! We were informed the property is under new management and he has a huge undertaking. Overall, we would stay again! Loved the close access to everything, check in/check out was quick and friendly.

Was not impressed. It wasn’t the worse we ever stayed at but definitely not the best.

The cleanliness of the room was good, had some issue with the tv going in and out, but other than that the stay was good

Staff was very nice but room wasn’t very clean. There was no tub stopper for my kids to take baths. Property could definitely use some updating

Not to bad.. there was about 10 Bags of garbage sitting outside the pool area. Also, the room was very nice with an abundance of towels with a big tub but no plug and the shower was the only way to fill the tub

The staff is awesome! The hotel is quiet and clean. The pool is nice and clean. I’m staying at this hotel next time I’m in town.

Friendly staff

Nice staff but the condition of the hotel is horrible! Bathroom shiwer area all moldy. The toilet did not flush properly and the tub did not drain. The furniture in the room was horrible condition. The window area was disgusting and the room AC was likely on its very last leg. The pool area was very oudated and the water was icecold. The bathrrom next to the pool was full of mold behind the wallpaper peeling off.

Outdated and needs renovation, badly. Broken bed frame, paint peeling from walls, cracked and scratched furniture, worn carpet, dirty fans, corrosion to bathroom sink, tub felt weird - like a bath mat, ice machine didn’t work on floor and tv in room took awhile to load and the resolution and quality of picture was poor. We stayed on the 3rd floor, had to go to 2nd floor for ice and it smelt like smoke. I know the hotel allows animals but honestly, there were a couple guests that had two dogs each. Breakfast was also poor, didn’t eat it - eggs looked like rubber. Don’t plan on staying there again.

This property has the appearance of an unkept property. It wasn’t exactly dirty, but I would use the word shabby. It is very dated and in need of some brightening up. The bed linens were very wrinkled. The mattresses were visibly out of shape. The staff was polite and very accommodating.

The place was fine. Good location. People were nice.

The first room we were assigned, the bed spread was seriously stained, pulled back to see the sheet and it was dirty with hair in it. It freaked me out. We were also next to an elevator that sounded terrible plus the hotel was packed due to power outages which is understandable. I went back down and asked to be moved. The lady was nice enough but informed us that if the other room wasn’t up to standard she couldn’t move us again because they were booked ( not according to booking online) we were moved up to a different floor, still by the noisy elevator. Fine I suppose. Get into the room, sheets and stuff actually clean but the bedframe was broke and sagging and the mattress was absolutely terrible. You could feel all the springs in it. It felt like the life was gone from it. Very outdated. Best part of our room was the bathroom. It was pretty nice and a huge bathtub/shower with great water pressure. The hotel used to be a higher end hotel but it isn’t anymore. Might as well stay in a motel for less money. If they would update the beds at least and would do new carpet, it would be a pretty good hotel again. Breakfast was decent. Not the best I’ve had but it was edible and you could make your own waffles. If it weren’t for the crappy beds I’d give 3stars but ya got two from me. Sorry.

This hotel was absolutely fine. Lots of places to eat around.
