The hotel was execeptionally clean and rooms were a nice size. Bar staff were friendly and helpful as was the front desk. Would recommend staying here based on value, cleanliness and convenience.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there next time. The room and facilities are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The area is great with many bars and restaurants and beach within walking distance. The pool and bar downstairs are also fun hangout spots if you want to stay in. Taxi stand right outside the hotel. We had a wonderful time there!

Super clean hôtel and not far from the main strip if that’s what you want. Lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. Everything super clean and good choice at breakfast. Downside, not much; one of the male bar staff was rude and not friendly at all. Second downside, you can’t take anything out of restaurant, not taking food is fine but not being allowed to take a coffee out on the terrace area is a bit tight.

Really love this hotel. Let me check in 4 hours early, very clean room, awesome location, cheap drinks and food, fabulous staff. Not only that if your flight is late and you check out at 12 you get to use a locker for free, all of the facilities and a shower and changing area to get you ready for the journey to the airport. Will definitely be staying here again!

I loved this property, it's a 15 minute walk from the town center which is my only negative take away. Otherwise staff and facilities were great

Another amazing stay at the Gran Sol

I had a good 3 night stay at the hotel. On my first night I had an issue with the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that night so I had to endure the noise coming from it for the first night. However, in the morning I was upgraded rooms and I was happy with this solution. The pool and lounge area is very good and it was never an issue getting a sun bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the sunset strip and a short walk away from Cafe Mambo. The buffet breakfast was good but I don’t think the evening buffet was anything special. I got a taxi to and from the airport using the taxis straight outside the airport and hotel and these cost €35/€40. The only issue I found is that the walls are extremely thin. I could hear next doors conversations and showers. There are gaps between the door and floor of the bedroom doors, meaning you can hear everything on the corridors. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and the staff were friendly.

Great hotel and the location is fantastic for all of the activities in Sant Antoni. Service is so-so, quite cold more than anything? However, the hotel is very good overall.

Really great stay here. Great location, far away enough to relax but close enough to walk to the busy areas. Food and drink prices in hotel are very reasonable and quality of breakfast and pool side snacks was excellent. No fight for sun beds, decent sized pool. Comfy beds, plenty storage and nice refurbed bathroom with great shower. Highly recommend!

From arriving at the hotel to leaving the service we received from every member of staff was amazing.Our room was clean and fresh with everything we needed was supplied.Breakfast was a buffet that catered for every taste and beautifully presented and the quality persuaded us to try the evening meals that we found to be fantastic value and far better quality than the other eateries that we tried in san antonio.The pool and bar facilities were excellent and plenty of sun beds and shades available.Being a regular visitor to Ibiza as our daughter works locally we have finally found a hotel that is good value for money and is totally customer focused.we look forward to returning soon and highly recommend the hotel and excellent team running it 😀
