I didn’t like that it took forever to get hot water going in the shower.

Clean and quiet

The staff when I checked in was so kind, helpful, and full of energy. I appreciated being greeted from a long travel day with such smiles. The whole trip was excellent.

Location was great! Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good as well

The property was clean and safe with what looked like outdoor security. The pool was my child’s favorite part. The suites were well stocked making traveling with kids easier.

The room was very spacious and clean and felt like a small home. I was very glad that dishes were included and that I couldn't hear the neighbors. Definitely will stay again

Was a great stay. The only thing that could put it a 10 out of 10 for me was if it had a ceiling fan. I couldn’t get the fan in the room to stay on. We like to sleep with the feeling of air blowing. Otherwise excellent experience and would stay here again.

Very clean and all the thing's you need are there for you...loved the use of space in the room. Jad a full fridge, real plates, cups silverware...pool was clean and the right temperature. I will definitely stay again!

Very good

Really noisy, especially on the first floor. Management was kind enough to switch or room to the 4th floor at 1am. The first floor room next to the bar and pool areas was very noisy.

First, we received an early check in notice that switched our room type. I called and Steven said “our records show a double queen”, I replied mine says King, as i ordered. He then had the audacity to tell me they overbooked and had some “important guests” who decided stay another night, so we switched you. I said “I want the room I booked.” He said, you can talk to the manager, but I don’t think it will help. I said “I’ll try and let me give you my loyalty number.” He took it and said “Oh, I’ll talk to him for you.” Suddenly, I had my original room back. Don’t sell your rooms out to Expedia then cheat their clients. I find that to be very dishonest.

Pool was great for the little ones. We were close to all the places we needed to go. Friendly staff!

Clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was just right and facilitated a good nights rest. ALL the staff members were friendly and helpful. The laundry room was very well priced at $1 to wash with a washer capacity of about 4 loads and $1 to dry for 45 min. There was daily breakfast served. There was a full spread of breakfast foods as if you were at a restaurant. The fitness room was effective with up to date equipment. The swimming pool was cloudy so my family and I skipped out on going swimming. I was very satisfied with my stay. This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. 5 STARS!!!

We tried to contact the hotel at the number on their confirmation email to let them know we would be arriving late. The call center options did not fit this but it redirected me until I made a different choice rather than allowing me to speak to a person. The person I eventually reached said they could not locate us and the reservation number provided in Marriott ‘s email was not correct. We gave up and just went to the hotel, which had our reservation, but then we were told of a $100 pet fee we had to pay to stay with our dog. We had not been made aware of this at booking and we have stayed at other Marriott properties without incurring this fee. Marriott’s management has set up a terrible approach to their customers.

The room was in very good shape and the bed was super comfortable!
