FM7 staff picked us up from the airport as well as shuttled us back the next day. They were super helpful and carried our bags for us. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful, and the restaurant food is great.

Spacious room with great service! Beautiful bathroom with a nice tub. Airport Shuttle every 30 mins. Will definitely be back again.

Very convenient that there is a 24/7 shuttle between the airport every hour. Only 20 minutes so no stress hauling grab or go car. Try the durian ketan in Rimba Cafe! It is very nice and silky!

I booked a family room and when I arrived, they said I was upgraded to a deluxe plus because the family was undergoing maintenance.., it's okay even though I ended up sharing an extra bed. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is clean and the bathtub is large. When checking in, the officer asked for a 500,000 IDR cash deposit (when cash is rarely used anymore), or instead I had to swipe a credit card (when other people rarely use it because they don't want to pay usury anymore). In short, this hotel is good, but not suitable for us.

It happened to be my first time visiting this hotel because of its close access to PIK. This hotel feels like Bali because the majority of the residents are more foreigners than Indonesians. I really like the warm water, but when I wanted to try the sauna, the aroma was a bit unpleasant, so I didn't go. However, the hotel is child-friendly with lots of friends to play with.

The hotel is comfortable, clean. The hotel staff is friendly. The room size is large. There is a 24-hour airport shuttle, very helpful for those in transit👍

Overall is good. Shuttle makes it easier to reach between the hotel & airport, all facilities are good, but unfortunately unable to try such spa, sauna, etc., due to the plane schedule.

It's a hidden gem hotel in Jakarta and close to the airport. High standard hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is very good, especially there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the room is clean and spacious. Recommended.
