Stayed for 3 nights due to work. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and the spices were delicious. I didn't expect a two-star hotel to have breakfast this good. Bathroom amenities included only toothbrush and toothpaste, no soap or shampoo at all.

The front desk staff didn't greet guests and offered no flexible check-in times. Information coordination between staff members was poor. I hope this will be of concern and improve our service to every customer. Hopefully, Hotel Citra Dream will continue to improve over time.

Arrived at 2 o'clock and was allowed to check in, the room was clean and fully equipped, the room was spacious, the price was affordable, breakfast included, I regret not staying here earlier.

Regular here when going to Semarang/Jogja, but last time for cleanliness it was slightly improved. The room smells a bit. But so far it's comfortable and the location is strategic, the price is also affordable.

strategic location near Malioboro.

Rooms 501 and 502 smell, especially the bathroom. While sleeping in room 501 there was a cockroach moving on the pillow. There was no soap at all. Breakfast was boxed rice, the hallway was dirty.
