Staying on weekends and peak seasons is usually crowded. When yesterday we booked 3 rooms and 2 of them had technical problems. The staff was quite fast response. However, because the 3rd room had problems, we were finally given a free upgrade so we could stay comfortably. So thank you for the fast response.
