The man is very friendly and polite, comfortable and not noisy. It's also clean, and the facilities are also okay, in front of the room there is a dispenser + there is a refrigerator to store food, and what is rare to find in the room is that prayer equipment is provided ❤️❤️❤️

Overall comfortable. Location in the city center (although a bit into an alley). What you need to pay attention to is the layout and items around the homestay. Because this is part of the owner's house, yesterday when we went there a lot of things were scattered around (untidy) and it was quite disturbing. Especially at the reception desk. As for the rooms, clean, neat. The only drawback is that the bathroom door handle + shower is damaged as in the photo. Warm water is available

Sabana homestay overall is okay, everyone is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, just want to give feedback, one of the towels we used smelled like urine, yes it was new but it looked like it hadn't been washed properly, then our room was near the stairs and the bathroom had circulation that penetrated into the bathroom next door so it was a bit uncomfortable When the guest next door smoked in the toilet it penetrated into our room, and our activities in the bathroom were uncomfortable, but quite satisfying anyway 😁.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, dapet yang kamar mandi luar tapi tetap nyaman, air panas juga berfungsi dengan baik, minum dan air panas untuk minum juga selalu ada. Staff nya ramah. Banyak tanaman hijau jadi segar dimata.

Kamar nyaman, pelayanan oke. Namun, dengan harga segitu sepertinya tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

atmosphere like being entertained at someone's home, front office including family friendly (but at certain hours the officers really stay in a special front office room), cool (because in the middle of the room floor there are many plants), the price is quite affordable and close to UNY, cinema xxi, UGM, kfc + mcd, and the affandi museum. although neat and clean, the interior needs to be repaired because the walls look dull (need to be repainted). the water runs consistently (including hot + warm + cold water). There is a sink in each room. provided 1 hanger + 2 towels + bath ingredients (body lotion shampoo soap) at the time of initial entry. prayer rugs and Qibla direction are also provided. smooth wifi, satellite TV multiple channels can be accessed. as I know, the use of electricity for this inn uses electricity tokens, so that if at any time the electricity is shutdown (term jowone njegleg), you should immediately call the officer / family who stays there.
