The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is very strategic, there is only one elevator but it runs smoothly, there are many places to eat or shop around.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times when I came to Tawau City..for me this hotel has met my expectations in terms of room price offers..the location in the center of Tawau City makes it easy for me to move anywhere around Tawau City..what needs to be improved is the parking lot for hotel users who stay here..the room conditions are satisfactory and the air conditioning works well..the TV broadcast needs to be improved..
