I've stayed here before, so I have a comparison with the previous accommodation. Honestly, this is a downgrade in my opinion. The key card holder is shabby, the tea and coffee holder feels 'cheap'. The hairdryer still works, but the cable looks like a loose intestine, it's really long. The bathroom amenities are decent, except for the shower cap, which is just covered in clear plastic (?) that I don't understand. In room 301, there's a mirror like on a closet door, but it doesn't work, and it's taped, but the tape is very messy. My room was non-smoking, but the chair next to mine was used and there were a lot of cigarette ash marks on it. Plus, the person who cleaned the room was very friendly. Unlike the receptionist, who felt less friendly. Well, hopefully things will improve in the future. It would be a shame if the impression of the accommodation became 'less beautiful'.

The hotel staff was very helpful. However, there was only one thing that made me a bit uncomfortable: they only gave me one keycard per room, and I was refused another when I asked for one. We were next to each other and had to go back and forth a lot, so I ended up leaving the other room unlocked.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly, and if you stay during the weekend, on Sunday you can walk outside and there’s a lot of stalls for food!

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Near from city center and ijen street which is located in a nice neighbourhood. The bathroom was clean and completed with amenities. Recommended for family. Surely will be back again!!!

A very comfortable, beautiful, and clean guesthouse. Especially if you get a room on the end of the second floor, it feels like you have your own terrace and living room because there's a sofa and coffee table in front of your room.

A very strategic hotel near Ijen Street. If you're on a CFD, just leave the hotel. It's next door to the famous Retawu Deli. The rooms are nice and clean, and you can take photos, as every corner is beautiful. What needs improvement are the pillows and the access to and from the first floor. The pillows are quite high, not recommended for seniors. Access to and from rooms on the first floor requires passing through the dark hotel office. The reception on the second floor requires using stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

It's really worth staying here for the cheap price! The room is also very spacious for 3 people, although the twin bed room in 202 is a bit dirty. The female staff is also very kind, because we moved rooms and hadn't finished cleaning up, she was the one who cleaned up. Thank you very much, sis❤❤
