The toilet flush has a continuous water sound after flushing in the double bed room.

I had a very disappointing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. At check-in, the staff did not bother to assist with our luggage at all. I had to carry everything myself despite travelling with a 7-month-old baby. The staff were generally unfriendly and showed little care or initiative. The room condition was very poor and dirty. Upon checking in, there was a piece of broken glass left on the table, which is extremely dangerous for families with children. I also requested a baby cot and was told it would be arranged, but it never arrived. Housekeeping was careless. After the room was made up, all the towels were taken away and not replaced, leaving us without any towels at all. This is basic hospitality that should not be missed. Breakfast was mediocre and forgettable, offering nothing worth mentioning. The only positive point is the location, which is near Legoland. However, that alone does not justify staying here. The hotel feels very old, poorly maintained, and honestly gives off a “ghost hotel” vibe. I would strongly advise families and travellers to look elsewhere.

The room is very spacious, and the staff is very responsive to our request. The swimming pool is kids friendly. Taste of food in the restaurant is good. Free shuttle to Legoland every morning.

Stayed for 2 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. They have a free shuttle bus to Legoland and Sunway big box which was very useful for our recreational trip. The Wi-Fi there was great and they provided a hairdryer and warm water too.

Lokasi agak di pinggir Johor. Lokasinya sepi jauh dari mana2. Kamar nya besar enak. Harus pake grab kemana2. Deket sih ke Legoland dan medini mall.

Hari pertama saya dapat di kamar yang west, itu gedung sebelah menuju lift harus keluar lobi yang menurut saya serem banget karena sepi banget. Hari ke-2 setelah saya sadar bolak-balik turun kok jarang ada yang menginap di gedung west, saya minta pihak hotel untuk pindah ke gedung east. Baru namanya hotel, kamar oke lah terawat, full juga rame jadi kan ga iseng kalau mau beli grab food turun naik lobi ga masalah. Jadi saran saya kalau menginap di sini minta di kamar gedung east, di kamar ada sofa. Oya, di luar kamar lorong-lorong jalan dan lift-nya sama sekali ga terawat, bau dan kotor, lantai tidak pernah dipel berhari-hari, kalau pelayanan sih oke cepat respon cepet juga, ada shutle bis ke Legoland setiap jam 10 pagi dan pulang jam 4.30.

The space is spacious and clean, the staff are also good. Every time you ask for drinking water, it is delivered, but the swimming pool is a bit cold for children. You can walk to Legoland, but the road to Legoland is not smooth.

There is only 1 kebab restaurant under the hotel, there is no supermarket yet. Go to Legoland/Medini Mayan mall close by, take a grab for only 5 ringgit.

Very comfortable rooms with complete facilities. Breakfast was appetizing, many choice and staff were polite. Beautiful pond front of the restaurant. 5 star service!

Very good bed and shower. Aircon at 16 degree coldest is just normal chill. Breakfast was OK but coffee was diluted. No crossaint.
