First, I have requested a connecting room... and have WA'd the hotel admin... the request was promised to be OK.. it turns out that when I checked in I was given a room opposite.. the reason for the connecting room was that there was a problem with the AC...,,, when it was ready to be sold..., cleanliness, or room facilities should have been ready for guests to use... The AC was noisy.. the pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable.. I had no choice but to stay in it, because I needed a connecting room with the children.. Please pay more attention...

Check in and check out were easy, the staff were friendly, breakfast was quite complete but the taste was standard, we left something behind and the hotel staff were very helpful in getting it sent to us.

All the services we received were truly satisfying, the room was nice, the place was comfortable, the food was delicious, until on the second day we were immediately offered the food that I had liked the day before, really full service, for honeymoon requests there were no additional requests.

From superior, I got an upgrade to a deluxe room. The bathtub is ok. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool is ok. I've been here twice when I've been to Bali. My kids are really happy.
