The room was below expectations. There were no basic facilities such as a tea or coffee maker inside the room. The bathroom had issues with the toilet flush, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, the stay was not comfortable and needs significant improvements in maintenance and amenities.

Since 2019, whenever I have free time and want a staycation, I always come here because of its great location, close to the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes, close to massage services, and a minimarket. This hotel is hidden away, and the pool is consistently clean. It's truly comfortable.

Strategic location close to tourist & culinary areas in Seminyak, okay rooms, okay & fast service. Hairdryer can be requested from the receptionist because it is not provided in the room.

in the room the thermos was crusty when we wanted to use it... so we asked for a replacement.. there was no spoon/stirrer, there was only tissue in the toilet, only a roll... the trash can was also only in the bathroom... breakfast was not buffet, you had to choose 1 item & there was free coffee, snacks etc.. even though the price was also standard with other hotels that I visited... I was not satisfied with staying here...

I was assigned to the 6th floor and got a semi-rundown shower. The room floor feels tacky like it hasn't been mopped thoroughly, didn't get a new towel change, dirty bathroom mirror, and sink tap with water stains on them. I got noisy neighbors and heard clearly what they chat about, so the wall should be super thin.

But all is good for me with Nikhila.
