The staff is actually nice and responsive, but perhaps they could use more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, the lighting, and the amenities. I first tried in 2021, and I'm trying again now in 2026, but it's a bit lacking :(

The service is slow, the printer is broken and hasn't been replaced, and the entrance door before the elevator has lost its handle and hasn't been repaired. It's completely neglected now, and it's hard to open the room. When you enter the room, the place to put the card has been fixed so everything is turned on manually. Now the AC isn't cooling either, and the sink handle is broken, very disappointed.

When I first opened the door, I immediately smelled sweat, it was really musty. When I checked, it seemed like the blanket, bedsheet, and pillowcase hadn't been changed, because when I smelled it, it was really musty, luckily the staff was quick when asked to replace them. The floor also seemed not to have been cleaned, because a lot of hair fell out, there were gecko droppings in the corners of the walls, and the most shocking thing was there were small cockroaches. The AC wasn't cold at all, the hot water didn't work (but I can still understand this because it's a cheap hotel). Actually, you can't expect much from a cheap hotel priced at around 200.

Several check-ins here before, the room was always clean and tidy, but the last time I checked in yesterday, the room was full of small cockroaches, the bathroom was also lacking in cleanliness, no mat was provided. Quite disappointed because this is a regular hotel with affordable prices and good facilities, but now the cleanliness is very lacking. and also for the gate at night, it is locked and you have to wake up the security guard if you want to go in and out and this is a bit troublesome, the reception is 24 hours, the security guard/parking guard should be on standby 24 hours and can also rotate shifts.

There were lots of tiny cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There were no windows. The staff were incredibly rude, except for the friendly guy when I was checking out.

It was fun, the hotel was nice and close to the city center.

The hotel staff is very friendly, but some of the equipment is a bit dirty, the water tap is loose, there are holes in the towels, the wallpaper is peeling, the night light is flickering.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The shower was small and the hot water didn't work.

The room was dirty, the spray wasn't changed, there were lots of blood stains, sperm, and hair. Many of the room lights were off and it was dark, and the hot water didn't work. The room's air conditioning was very hot, not pleasant at all, and it was annoying.

My experience staying at Life Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the night staff at the reception were very helpful, but the morning staff were less helpful when asked about the Wi-Fi facilities. The facilities were incomplete, such as slippers, shampoo, Wi-Fi facilities were very lacking, and the room was cramped. Suggestions for daily room cleaning and confirmation not only via WhatsApp, but also directly knocking on the room door. If there is no answer, guests can confirm via WhatsApp.

The room wasn't ready, and there were no towels, so I had to ask for them. The service area looked really dirty; it should have been closed, not open. The location is okay, as it's close to everything. Hopefully, the hotel will fix this.
