Netflix in room 108 can't log in, even though YouTube can, I have an account but Netflix fails to connect, the sink faucet is hard

The location is near the train station, good for a short transit, affordable and comfortable.

Check-in was smooth and fast. The transit time in Gubeng was fine, waiting for the morning departure. It's very close to the main roads, including Tunjungan, Genteng Market, and the main square.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay here, it's cheap, and it's easy to get everywhere.

Despite its affordable price, it's remarkably clean, and its location is close to the city center. There are plenty of delicious coffee and dining options nearby.

need to be improved to the TV and WiFi facilities only. Not worth it for that price, you don't get foreign TV channels, only local ones.. WiFi also doesn't connect, it's really hard to connect, the staff service is very friendly..

My favorite hotel for every transit at Gubeng Station. Cheap and comfortable.

quite good, a little suggestion for the room, they should provide a mat, because the room is narrow and close to the bathroom, so after coming out of the bathroom it's wet and quite muddy if you go straight to bed. Oh yeah, the staff should probably be friendlier.

Highly recommended for a temporary break, overall great.

If it's just for transit, the best. But not for staycation.
